Cheri and Jason spent 20 years working in NYC. Cheri a former Director at Chanel, ran global internet marketing and launched Chanel.com. The fashion icon sense of balance and beauty was the inspiration behind her design of the Pearl. We have over a decade as hosts in both Scottsdale AZ and Duck. We consistently provide luxury experiences for our guests. We invested our time in the Pearl in each and every room throughout the property not simply to create a basic asset to rent but to truly create a unique experience for our guests.
Why they chose this property
From it's incorporation at the turn of the century, to today, the Town of Duck has changed and grown tremendously over the last 30 years. Each step of development has been carefully thought through. From the town green that hosts Yoga mornings and evening family movies throughout the summer, to the Jazz Festival in the fall, and Christmas festivities at year end, the town has a vibrant center. Great restaurants, the boardwalk, and activities year round. The folks planning the growth have truly taken the time to develop the infrastructure to be completely dedicated to the families and friends that come to spend our precious time together. When you stay at the Pearl you are directly across from the iconic "Welcome to Duck" sign. The town and the beach are a 3 minute drive or a leisurely walk. It truly is the perfect location.
What makes this property unique
The Pearl is not a standard beach house. It is a property designed throughout with the finest furnishings, amenities, accoutrements. It is an ode to fashion, to the world of Vogue and Chanel. It is designed to evoke a sense of balance and elevation. We want our guests to have a unique and unforgettable experience and not simply provide a place to sleep and live for a week. We have run the property as an exclusive B&B over the last few years and reviews from the Pearlguest B&B have always been 5 stars. We expect that you will also have a genuine 5 star experience.
