Discover our newly furnished studio on the 2nd floor, right across from Med 1 University's roundabout. Inside, you'll find two comfortable beds, two workspaces with chairs, a cozy L-shaped sofa, Wi-Fi, an LCD TV, equipped kitchen, and air conditioner. And for all the coffee enthusiasts, we've also provided a Nespresso coffee machine. This central location puts you close to all the essentials. Ideal for students, professionals, and travelers, our studio offers a comfortable retreat for your stay.

The space:
Our studio features a bright and airy open-plan living space with two comfortable beds, two workspaces with chairs, a cozy L-shaped sofa, and an equipped kitchen. There is also an LCD TV and air conditioning to keep you comfortable.

Feel free to use any of the amenities in the studio, including the kitchen appliances, dishes, and utensils. We also provide a Nespresso coffee machine, so you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the morning.

The living space is perfect for relaxing, working, or entertaining guests. The L-shaped sofa provides plenty of seating, and the two workspaces are ideal for students, professionals, or anyone who needs a dedicated space to work from home.

Guest access:
Our studio on the second floor of this centrally located building. Elevator access makes it easy to get to your studio. A free parking is available on-site. You'll also find multiple restaurants right downstairs, so you'll have plenty of options for dining out.
