Escape to this spacious 4,000 sq ft mountain retreat on 15 private acres in Crested Butte, perfect for families and groups seeking breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and year-round adventure. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub as snow falls over the Gunnison Valley or enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the deck, this home offers a true Colorado mountain experience.

The home features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area designed for gathering and relaxing together. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, granite countertops, and seating for 6 at the island, while the dining table comfortably seats 8 with sweeping valley views. The living room offers a large gas fireplace, a 66-inch TV, and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring.

With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious den, the home comfortably accommodates large groups. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, including a primary suite with a king bed, private bathroom, and jacuzzi tub, as well as an additional king bedroom.

CB Summer Vacation

Our family couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The house met all of our expectations. We had a couple of minor fixes that required the PM team and they were quick to respond and got everything fixed quickly. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to CB.

Family vacation/wedding

We had an absolute fantastic stay! We saw lots of wildlife right from the house:deer, elk, fox and chipmunks. Our daughter got married in Mount Crested Butte so the house was perfect for everyone getting ready. The views in this area are breathtaking I would recommend to anyone. I also left an important item behind and was notified immediately and was able to make arrangements to get it back to me.

Flower Festival with the Hiking Ladies

We had 12 ladies in our group. We appreciated the early check in of 2:00 so that we could get settled and then out for dinner. We cooked our dinner for the second and third night and were very happy with the way the kitchen was stocked. Plenty of room for dining. Sleeping arrangements worked out well. All of us had a great time and are seriously thinking of doing it again next year.

The pictures were great but the house was even better! Our adult children loved the hot tub and the close proximity to skiing. The terrific kitchen was huge and easy for us to all cook together. Beautiful home with stunning views. Elk and deer came by the property in the evenings, and the chipmunks amused us. There are no neighbors nearby to disturb the peace and quiet. Would definitely book this house again.

Mountain getaway with a great snowy view

I had a great stay at this property. I had a group of friends come up for my 40th and the house was perfect for the group. The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was hot, and the Sonos sound system was a nice bonus. This is a great place to stay when you have a lot of friends as there are over 10 individual beds so everyone can have their own bed. In the winter, the road is quite steep in spots, so 4wd and good tires are highly recommended.

Great property

If you like solitude and beautiful Mountain View’s within a short drive to the mountain, this is a great home. It’s spacious and fit our group of 11 well! The kitchen was stocked with supplies and the hot tub was enjoyable. The bidet and steam shower were also crowd favorites. Pro tip: bring muck boots. If there is snow and temps above 32 degrees, the drive and parking spaces are a muddy mess. Some of our shoes didn’t survive.

Family Xmas Trip

Arrived Christmas Day and checked out Jan 2. Overall the house was fantastic for our large family. The things we loved about the house were: the location and incredible views, the hot tub, steam shower in the master bedroom, large kitchen and dining area, and great family room. The proximity to Crestted Butte was great. Definitely recommend vehicle with four wheel drive or at least all wheel drive to navigate the winter conditions getting to and from the house. Our host, Wendy, was extremely quick to respond to any questions or requests. Thanks for a great property and trip.

4couples. All seniors. House was great. The steps leading from the parking area needs a hand rail. The steps are gravel and not a convenient distant apart. The gravel does not give adequate support. No one fell but everyone felt insecure.

Mountain & Wildflower Paradise

This house was everything we could have ever wanted in a vacation home. Absolutely beautiful. So spacious. The only problem is deciding where you want to hangout. The living room view is spectacular. The dining room view is simply splendid & the view from the master is beautiful as well. Mage deck is really nice & very spacious. The view can’t be beat. Pure perfection. The hot tub was so nice to relax in & look at the stars. We rented this place for our family who all came for my sons wedding. We were able to all stay together & everyone had the best time! Crested Butte is a hidden gem & this house is the place to experience it.

Ask for improvements before booking.

This is a relatively new build, that is very spacious, but still feels a bit unfinished. Pluses: Lots of space. Updated appliances. Steam room and hot tub. Gorgeous views. Minuses: The parking area and walk to the door was a giant mud pool: very difficult with kids. The water from the tap has softener in it and gave us stomach issues. The water from the fridge smells. Bring bottled water to drink unless the owners tell you that something has been fixed. The fireplace was not working. We were told literally less than 24h before check-in, and as we were already on our way to Crested Butte. Negotiating about that with the property manager felt like being bullied. It required arbitration from VRBO and made our check-in immensely stressful. There weren't enough comforters and blankets for all advertised beds nor enough hot tub towels for all guests. Max occupancy numbers need to be lowered, or more blankets and towels should be provided. A dust pan would have been nice as well.
