Stay in true Crested Butte-style when you book your reservation in Keystone-102! Our colorful base camp is perfect for any adventure in any season.
Just a short walk down the parking lot leads to a groomed slope going down to the West Wall lift. This awesome ski access will have you shredding pow at the resort in no time.
In summer and fall, walk to the end of the patio, and you are on the mountain! A nearby trail beckons…perfect for hiking or biking. Rainbows of wildflowers in summer and glittering, golden aspen trees mirror our festive condo. You’ll soon realize why we call Crested Butte “paradise.”
Doggos love hiking too! No family member gets left behind when you stay in our unit. We are able to accommodate up to 2 dogs.
Our bed arrangements of one King bed and 2 Full beds, plus 2 bathrooms, are well-suited for your group of 4 to 6.
Before you turn in for the night, you’ll want to fill your belly. Cook up anything you can dream up in our fully stocked, well-equipped kitchen that includes crockpot, cookware, bakeware, dishes, and essential spices. Hit the grocery store and have plenty of room to store your goodies in our pantry. Be sure to add coffee, tea, sugar, and other specialty seasonings to your list.
Add some burgers to your grocery list, and take advantage of the charcoal Weber grill for guest use just outside the front door of the building.
Take a break from cooking and check out our not-to-be-missed restaurants and shops in the creative, historic district downtown: just a short, 10-minute drive down the mountain.
Not into driving in a snowstorm? No worries! During ski season, our condo complex offers complimentary, local shuttle service. Just call for a ride, and we take you where you need to go—the resort base area or downtown.
The amenities don’t end there. Store your ski gear in the patio locker. Grab some chairs, and catch the sunset with a cold brewsky. After the sunset, temps begin to drop. Load up on free firewood from the 2nd floor, and build a fire in our wood-burning fireplace for all the cozy feels. Bust out some games or puzzles from the closet, and wind down comfortably.
The condo is also conveniently close to the dry sauna, coin-operated laundry, and seasonal hot tub just down the hallway.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The Keystone building entrance is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs down to access K-102.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Dog Friendly
Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.
