Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is awesome! The Garfield historic district has all the charm you can want with several great restaurants and local bars nearby. Roosevelt Row is only a half mile away with the best local PHX food. This neighborhood is right off the 101 and 16th exit and has possibly the easiest way to get to any part of the valley with ease.
What makes this property unique
The casita is located in the backyard of the main house. There is a gated and locked entrance to get to the casita. You'll never have to carry keys with you (major perk!) as all the entrances are key pads. The casita has everything you will need from a full kitchen, full bath, freshly renovated, back patio with furniture, and full backyard to enjoy.
