Located in the resort community Wild Dunes this beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-1/2 bathroom home has ocean views from every level and is only 1 block away from beach access! The location of this home is truly ideal given the quiet neighborhood and convenient beach access. This home was recently renovated with a modern beachy feel in mind. It sits in a quiet corner lot at the end of a cul-de-sac with access to Palm Boulevard just down the back steps. Brand new to the rental market as of 2023, this home offers two levels of outdoor living space and beautiful live oak trees throughout the yard. When you walk into the home you can choose which level you'd like to explore first. Up top you have breath-taking view of the Atlantic Ocean looking down 49th Ave from the windows and upper deck. The kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom are all on the upper level of the home. The gorgeous kitchen is to your left with custom stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and a large island with swivel chair seating for 5. You can eat in the dining room or take your meals outside to the balcony to enjoy! The balcony offers plenty of seating to enjoy the view and ocean breeze!

The main living area is furnished with a plush navy couch, two sleek chairs, and two cozy swivel chairs - perfect for reading a good book or a comfy space to converse with friends and family! There is a large flat screen TV in the living room where you can stream all of your favorite movies or shows! The dining area has seating for seven to enjoy large family meals or a quick breakfast before heading to the beach, and also features a mounted flat screen TV.

The four bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, walk-in closets, and TVs offer plenty of room for your group to spread out! The master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed. Walking into the master bath, you'll find a large closet to the left, double vanity sinks, and a beautiful walk-in shower to your right. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are downstairs, each with a queen bed and private bathrooms with gorgeous tile showers. The final bedroom has a full bathtub/shower combo, which is perfect for bathing little ones. Meet in the middle of these three downstairs bedrooms to find another beachy living space complete with comfortable furnishings that are situated around a large flatscreen TV - this makes for a great space to allow for guests to spread out. The oversized laundry room is also on this lower level, and it provides convenient direct access to the outside deck and beach shower so you may come into the laundry room and immediately have a space for all of your beach bags, towels, etc. There is a two car garage with an EV charger!

Walk outside and relax in the loungers on the deck while enjoying the ocean view and salt air! With a flat screen TV, mini fridge, and sink you can watch your favorite shows and enjoy the outdoors at the same time. After the beach, rinse off in the tiled outdoor shower! A few steps off the porch and your on your way to the beach, this makes for an easy, short walk especially with little ones!

A few important notes to be aware:

- NO HOUSE PARTIES. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 4 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family vacation rental that is also located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, or other types of larger gatherings.
- Guest must be at least 35 years of age in order to rent and occupy the home.
- For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front exterior entrance of the home.
- This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
- This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS (16), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (10) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Beds were extremely comfortable and allowed us to have a perfect and restful vacation. Totally loved the proximity to the beach - literally a stones throw ( with a good arm) - you can see the ocean from the terrace - it made daily walks on the beach impossible to miss. Just what we needed! We will definitely return.

Our family completely enjoyed the house! It was set up beautifully, extremely clean, and a great location to the each and other activities. The décor was beautiful as well. We would come back and rent that exact house again. I give it 5 stars out of 5 stars! Thanks for the great communication as well. Great house for a family get together. Plenty of space for 4 couples. Walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and they provided beach chairs! The house was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would book again!!

Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at 3 conch court; Isle of Palms, SC. Firstly the house is brand new with excellent amenities; loved the huge open kitchen and two large decks and of course the proximity to a spectacular ocean beach. Itrip was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The community itself is beautiful and surprisingly close to Charleston; you can easily enjoy the beach and the city!

Gorgeous and immaculately clean vacation home, highly recommended.
This is a gorgeous and immaculately clean vacation home. It has plenty of space for a family or a group of couples to vacation in luxury and not be on top of each other all the time. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made getting ready a breeze. While the furnishings and appliances are top notch, the house is set with the best of everything making it easy to cook great meals and making it easy to keep it clean and tidy. It was a very quick walk across the street to a great beach that was not crowded at all. Overall, I give this vacation rental 5*'s- it is highly recommended.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
