The Greenwood neighborhood is located in north-central Seattle, with a hub of dining, shopping, and other activity focused around Miracle Mile on North 85th Street (just over half a mile north). You'll be less than a mile from walking, jogging, and biking trails at Green Lake Park, just over a mile from Woodland Park Zoo, and within walking distance of such iconic events as the Greenwood Classic Car Show. Fremont (two miles), South Lake Union (five miles), and downtown Seattle (six miles) are a straight shot south as well.
Park your car with ease in the alley out back and make yourself at home on this lovely, tree-lined street. Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully renovated living space with brand-new wood floors, fresh paint, and an updated kitchen with plentiful cabinet storage.
As the upper level of the duplex, this home is full of morning sunlight, which you can also enjoy on the private balcony out back. Sip your coffee in peace with a view of the neighborhood before sitting down to a homemade breakfast at the dining room table. In the evenings, you can stream movies in the living room, log onto the complimentary WiFi at the desk in the one of the bedrooms, and leave the day's clothes in the care of the washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
