From the new flat screen televisions to the plush mattresses and fully stocked kitchen, you'll feel like your in a luxury hotel, not a condo.
This condo has tile in all the living areas and bathrooms and new floors in the 2 bedrooms. The open plan living area is just what you'll need for your family vacation or weekend getaway. The large kitchen overlooks the dining and living rooms and is just steps from the large corner balcony. The Gulf Front living room has a roomy sectional sofa and large rocker for all you seating needs. And don't forget about the large 50 inch flat screen smart television, Blue Ray DVD player and surround sound in the living room. Great for your favorite movie or that special game! What makes this property unique
This 2 bedroom unit is great for families with children or two couples. The views of sunsets are plentiful and the ocean breezes are non-stop! We are located on the East end of Thomas Drive with less congestion and noise.
If you rent Princess 601, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on your vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS CONDO. CHECK-IN IS 4 P.M., CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M.
