Beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the Princess (801) is just what you're looking for! You can look around, but you won't find a condo at the Princess as nice as this one. This condo has ALL new flooring throughout the unit, new paint, a fully stocked kitchen and great beds! Princess 801 boasts an open floor plan with lots of space for your family and friends. The new large sectional sofa seats 6 easily, plus there's a great recliner, a TV viewing must! The Gulf Front living room opens directly to the large dining room that seats 4 at the table and 2 more at the kitchen bar. Speaking of the kitchen, it is large with full size appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice in the door. You also will have a large separate laundry room with a separate laundry sink, just perfect for rinsing off all your beach toys. Don't forget about the wet bar either. There's a bar sink, plenty of storage and a mini refrigerator that's perfect for all your cold beverages.

The master bedroom has a large king bed and a luxury master bath with a whirlpool tub, double vanities, walk-in closet and a separate shower/toilet room. This is a suite fit for a king! The second bedroom has a plush queen bed with a twin bed that was just added. Plus, there is a twin roll-away bed stored in the bedroom closet for an additional person.

The great east end balcony has outdoor dining for six. The balcony is over 10 feet by 30 feet and is open on one side for a panoramic view, you'll be guaranteed a sunset every night.

This condo is located on the 8th floor and is an east end unit, your privacy is guaranteed. The condo bedrooms are not located in a hallway, so even the second bedroom has a fantastic (and private) view!

Wonderful mini vacation

Awesome location, beautiful beach, perfect weather, no crowds. The condo is well maintained, comfortable and nicely furnished. Our hosts couldn't have been better with communications and furnishing valuable information on local restaurants and attractions. Booking, detailed info and instructions couldn't have been any easier or better. The amenities are outstanding. Clean, heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness facility, etc. All very clean and well maintained. Digital door key and secured gated parking is a big plus. We highly recommend this condo for an awesome beach vacation.

Perfect place to stay if you want a clean condo with great appliances, well decorated, comfy furniture, and with a beautiful view of the beach! Jennifer and Donna made sure we were well informed prior to our trip and made themselves available should we need anything during our stay. Even better than expected

Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. The sunsets from the balcony were absolutely amazing, and we were able to watch dolphins from the balcony one morning. I can't say enough good things about this condo and the hosts. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Wow! What a unit! With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and sleeps 7, there's plenty of room for everyone in the family in Princess 801. With the balcony being 288 square feet, you can all hang out in the evenings here and watch the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see!

The kitchen is equipped with all full sized appliances and all the small appliances your family will need to prepare the evening meal. Or, you can order out and just enjoy being in 801.

If you rent Princess 801, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on you vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS CONDO. CHECK-IN IS 4 P.M., CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M.
