Sea View Holiday House

Holiday House LeNi is new built house finished in July 2013. It has modern high standard furnish, offering high comfort and peaceful surroundings. Owners live in ground flour, and you will have on your own disposal the whole first and second floor, completely separated from the owner’s part of house, with separate entrance and separate garden with fireplace.
House offers completely equipped modern kitchen with dining area, big covered terrace with wonderful sea view, one double bed bedroom, one bedroom with 2 standard size beds, big specious living room. There are two bathrooms and storage room. Free wi-fi is available in the whole house and garden. In the garden you can use covered outside terrace with fireplace and part for sunbathing. Owners grow their own seasonal vegetables which are on your disposal also.
Molunat has wonderful underwater world and it is unavoidable diving spot with lots of underwater cliffs, rocks, caves and very popular wrecks in vicinity. Fish picnic to the nearby islet can be organized also.
If you are interested you can be provided with car transport from/to airport with surcharge. Airport is 20 km from Molunat and 25 km from Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik can be reached in 40 minutes by car (45 km distance). Cavtat, also great place to visit, can be reached by car in 15 minutes. From Molunat there are three daily bus lines to Dubrovnik, and five bus lines in direction of Cavtat.

Super Urlaub

Unser Urlaub in der Wohnung war super. Sie ist sehr groß und alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt eine wunderbare und große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Auch seine Eltern die im Haus wohnen, sind sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Der Ort eignet sich um Urlaub vom Trubel zu machen, wenn man dann doch mehr Trubel haben will, kann man ins Nahe gelegene Cavtat oder Dubrovnik gehen.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen, es war wunderschön!

Die Lage ist super! Wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer, und ein recht kurzer Fussweg zum Strand, der mit dem kleinen Hafen kombiniert ist. Wir wurden sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen, und öfter mal mit frischen Feigen von den Eltern des Gastgebers verwöhnt - super nett! Die Wohnung an sich war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, auch mit dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick. Super fanden wir die Klimaanlagen und die Mückengitter an wichtigen Fenstern. Die Betten hätten etwas bequemer sein können, und auch die Küchenausstattung, ist noch etwas ausbaufähig. Alles war aber super sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen ruhig - wir haben die Ruhe und Natur genossen und waren öfter bei den zwei vorgelagerten Inseln per SUP-Board zum Schnorcheln. Die Unterwasserwelt war extrem schön, ich bin voll auf meine Kosten gekommen und diesen Spot wärmstens empfehlen. - Daher, volle Punktzahl!

Ruhe und Idyll

Wo gibt es noch Orte, an denen es einfach nur still ist? Molunat gehört dazu. Hier kann man wirklich entschleunigen. Wir haben es sehr genossen, im sehr sauberen und neuen Haus auf der Terrasse mit wundervollem Blick auf die Bucht zu sitzen. Das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen und man kann sehr gut dort schwimmen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Super Urlaub in ruhiger und natürlicher Umgebeng

Wir hatten im September 2021 einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in Molunat. Die am Ortsrand in ruhiger Lage liegende Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber, gepflegt, und entspricht der Beschreibung. Es befindet sich auf jeder Etage ein gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer, es sind ausreichend Duschtücher vorhanden. Die Aussicht von der überdachten Terrasse ist spektakulär. Goran ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der auf unsere Wünsche einging. Seine Eltern, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen sind äußerst liebenswürdig und haben uns mit Obst aus dem Garten verwöhnt. Molunat an sich liegt sehr abgelegen und ist nicht überlaufen. Es gibt viele Badeplattformen, man kann zwischen vorgelagerten Felsen schwimmen und schnorcheln. Am anderen Ende des Ortes befindet sich eine Bucht mit größerem Strand. Der Supermarkt hat leider des öfteren einen Mangel an Obst und Gemüse. Wir haben hier mal sehr gut vom Pandemie-Stress abschalten können und kommen wieder. Vielen Dank Goran

Superbe location au calme

Excellent House, very nice owners who support with any issue. The house is located in walking distance to the bay of Molunat with very good access for swimming. The owner offered us a boat trip around the bay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house to everyone who looks for a good place to relax and explore the interesting landscape around Molunat

Great holiday. Great place and utterly lively hosts

Wonderful hospitality from Goran and his family. We couldn't have had better hosts. Goran met us at the aiport even though our flights were delayed and it was very late and we followed him back to the villa. Loved the property which has a great terrace we spent most of out time out there when we weren't swimming or sightseeing. The property is really well equiped and provided everything we needed even air con. Molunat for us was a real find, the small beach was never crowded, the village shop made shopping a synch. A great place to relax an only a short hop to Dubrovnik/ Cavat Loads to do and see in the area. Loads of organised day trips. We did one to Mostar. We had a great holiday.

Alles Top, groß, sauber, super nette Vermieter

Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Alles war modern, sauber, großzügig und in gutem Zustand. Der Blick auf die Bucht von der großzügigen Terrasse ist phantastisch. Goran hat uns freundlicherweise spätabends vom Flughafen abgeholt. Im Kühlschrank waren sogar schon einige Getränke. Gorans Eltern im Erdgeschoss sind auch sehr nett. Mit seinem Vater haben wir eine herrliche Runde in seinem Boot gedreht und sind zu einem Strand auf der davorliegenden Insel zum baden gefahren. Der Ort selbst war Ende Mai herrlich ruhig und fast ohne jeglichen Autolärm. Die Strasse endet auch in Molunat und im Dorf ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Einen kleinen Dorfladen gibts auch. Und an dem kleinen Sandstrand kommen die Kinder auch auf ihre Kosten. Alles in allem also absolut empfehlenswert.

The distance to a beautiful beach only comes to 100 metres and is located in a magnificent surrounding. For families with children in need of a rest, this place is particularly suitable.
