The Conch: Designer Beachfront Apartment with Access Directly on the Beach
Enjoy our beautiful apartment offering uninterrupted sea-views, centrally located directly on one of Cape Town’s sought-after beaches. This luxurious accommodation offers two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with an open plan kitchen. This is suited for small families or couples. Enjoy the beach with your own private beach access, or take a walk to a nearby restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal in the vibrant setting of Clifton.
The space:
This apartment is on the smaller side. The second bedroom with the bunks beds is suited to small children, and does not have any storage space.
Other things to note
There is a construction project happening on one of the neighbouring buildings. There is the potential for noise during daylight hours Monday to Friday (all noise stops by 17:00pm), and occasionally on Saturdays (all noise stops by 13:30pm).
This building does not have 24-hour concierge service. Please respect the check-in time that has been agreed with the host.
The building does have back up power. Therefore load-shedding will not affect you.
Due to limited parking bays, you need to request if there is a parking bay available for you. If there isn't any available, there is free street side parking.
There are approximately 6 flights of stairs leading down to the apartment, and a further 4 flights of stairs leading down towards the beach. Therefore this property is not be suitable for people with walking ailments.
There is no elevator access.
You will need to carry your own luggage down the stairs to the apartment. Please bear this in mind when packing for your stay.
