My boyfriend and I stayed at the Raven cabin for 3 nights and loved our stay. We spent 4 days hiking, driving the Nabesna road, relaxing, and enjoying nature. The cabin is rustic, but very cozy, and the bed was so comfortable. We didn’t have any cell service, but that’s part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. We used the lodge’s internet once to check for any urgent notifications, but otherwise we (and our dog Finn) used the weekend to completely unwind. Do bring bug spray though, the mosquitoes are no joke.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that you and your boyfriend enjoyed your stay in the Raven Cabin and made the most of your time exploring the Nabesna Road, hiking, and relaxing in the Alaskan wilderness.
We’re glad you found the cabin cozy and the bed comfortable—it’s always our goal to provide a restful place to unwind. Disconnecting from cell service and immersing in nature is one of the best parts of staying here, and we’re happy you embraced that experience (with Finn’s company, too!).
And yes, the Alaska mosquitoes can be fierce—bug spray is definitely a wise tip for fellow travelers.
We hope to welcome you back for another peaceful getaway in the future!
Warmest regards,
Victoria and Michael Rego
