About this property

Ground Floor home for 5, short walk to beach and private heated pool! Lovely open living area

Welcome to Citrus Cottage located steps from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Citrus Cottage is a ground level half duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and its own private patio surrounded by tropical landscaping where you can enjoy the heated pool and Weber grill. Enjoy a day at the beach with the provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella located in the garage. Inside you will find the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 4 and a dining table for 6 is open to the spacious living area for easy entertaining. In the evening, retreat to the master bedroom where you will enjoy the comfortable king size bed complete with 600 thread count prima cotton wrinkle free sheets. The master suite also has its own private patio with outdoor shower. Linens, towels, and beach towels are included in the cottage.

Lizzie Lu's Island Retreat is a full-service property manager on Anna Maria Island to ensure our guests enjoy some of the nicest, well stocked homes on the island. For an additional charge, we offer GEM cars among other services. Rest assured we are here to assist as needed in the most efficient manner possible.
While vacationing on Anna Maria Island, please adhere to our local rules and regulations for our residential community which are included in our homes as well as our arrival information.

City ordinance requires us to inform you that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Perfect and Amazing!

The place was spotless and perfect for our family and our two small dogs. The location was perfect and sooo close to the beach. We watched the sunset every night. We were so sad when it was time to leave. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Citrus Cottage. Great location on beach access street 100 yards from sand. Easy stroll or bike ride to Pine Ave shops & restaurants. This cottage has been perfectly remodeled w/ spacious floor plan, pool and outdoor space. Wonderful privacy due to building layout and corner lot. We had neighbors w/ kids and never knew they were there. Loved the outdoor showers in the evenings. Also, the management team facilitated our unexpected-early arrival at 3 am and made it happen! Impressive! Thank you for allowing us to stay at Citrus Cottage. We had a fabulous vacation and will be back soon
