Lovely home with everything you could need! All beach and pool supplies are provided! The kayaks are a definite plus! We rented a golf cart to tool around town and to go to the beach. Such a nice, clean and relaxing home!! Would absolutely recommend this place!

Property was exactly as listed, close to beach,a heated pool which was a definite plus as it tends to be windy. We didn't use the kayaks but the canal looked like a great place for them.Everything was clean and the house was well stocked with everything you could need. We had one little problem with the TV and the property manager came right over to help with it.We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great little oasis! Heated pool (not bath water warm but i can't handle remotely cold and it was great) and easy walk to a quiet beach. It had all the beach and pool supplies we needed.

The house was amazing! Loved that we can just step out to the pool, then drop the kayaks into the canal to paddle, rinse off using the outdoor shower, go back in the pool, walk 6 min to the beach, 15-20 min to a toes in the sand bar, and do it all again every single day! So relaxing, the hosts were very responsive. Love the north part of the island, so quiet, felt safe and sooooooo relaxing! Thank you so much and definitely will be coming back!

Fantastic house Great location and very convenient! We pushed out from the dock with paddle boards and paddled to the beach each day! And rode bikes for coffee each morning

Property was absolutely amazing! The amenities and especially the beach toys and cart were greatly appreciated. Pool was very clean and clean twice during the week. Maintenance responded within one hour of a minor issue. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway or a small family.The host recommendations as far as food and shopping were spot on.Highly recommend getting a golf cart for your stay on the island. I believe next time I won’t even rent a car from Clearwater and just use a golf cart.We look forward to returning into this property in the future

Third time at this delightful cottage. Fabulous location on a wide part of the canal great to use kayaks (provided with property) and 5 minutes from the most awesome beach.

The property was very nice. Loved the pool. We had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Beach access was easily walkable for us and we honestly walked almost everywhere we went in the surrounding area. We would definitely stay again.

The property was even better than we hoped for. Clean, well kept, great pool area and dock. Even saw a manatee! Great location on the island where we could walk to the beach or take a quick golf cart ride to dinner. We hope to be back soon!

We had an amazing stay at this awesome little house! Everything was so neat and clean, beach chairs, floats, umbrellas,etc were available to use. The bikes we great to ride while we waited for the golf cart delivery. The canal out back along with the pool made it extra great. The location to the beach was perfect, maybe a 3 minute walk.Everyone was a pleasure to work with. An abundance of information about the island was provided, which was great for us since this was our first visit to the area.Needless to say, we will be back again soon to the absolutely fantastic place!

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed being right on the canal (dolphins came through our first day!) and having our own pool while still being a close walk to the beach. The house was clean and the perfect size for our small family, the neighborhood was quiet, and the property owners were so nice and quick to answer any questions.
