Very basic to stay there.

I wouldn't say that it was steps to the beach, but it was very close to drive or ride a bike. The Lido beach was beautiful.

horrible and misrepresented by pictures and amount of bedrooms

Really should be ZERO stars; the property was listed as one bedroom and was a studio with bed by front door. Property in need of upkeep especially kitchen and bathroom. Literally, only one room with one couch and one bed. Not the one bedroom we requested. Also, property was not what we saw in picture. I would never use VRBO or Homeaway again due to misrepresentation of property and hard time remediating the situation.

The cottage was not as pictured on the VRBO site.

The cottage pictures on VRBO did not go with the cottage I was rented. The handle was broken on the microwave making it unusable. There were no dishrags or towels in the kitchen nor were there any coffee filters for the coffee maker. The was leftover half eaten cups of ice cream in the freezer which means it was not cleaned in between renters. The shower head barely sprayed water. This unit was not worth the amount of money I paid for it.

Great for a weekend getaway. We were a 3 minute walk fro the beach which was awesome.

This property is nice, clean and everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We were hardly in the room at all because the beach was so close. Location was also very close to St. Armands square with tons of shops and restaurants.

Ok for a short stay.

Found description not quite true. Kitchen had one small frying pan so we had to cook our breakfest one serving at a time. Most fully stocked kitchens at least provide salt and pepper. You had to drive to the office to get clean towels and the ones we got were like sandpaper. Sliding door to patio area would not open.
