The location is ideal, offering convenient access to the town. The accommodations were fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including an ample supply of towels, a washer and dryer, a well-appointed shower, and a hospitable host.
The house was a little on the older end but very clean and the perfect size for my family of 5. The proximity to town can’t be beat. We walked to town for dinner most nights. We loved our time In Wyoming and enjoyed the house
Great place for our family ski vacation. Nothing fancy just plenty of room and a comfortable place to stay. The three bedrooms were key. Located right next to Snow King and just a short walk into town.
Everything was exactly as expected! The house was well stocked with supplies like toilet paper and paper towels, laundry, and dish dishwashing detergent. Which always seems to be an issue with other rental properties. The location was amazing. Everything was clean, orderly and host was receptive to any questions.
Overall a great place. Easy to find, very clean, kitchen was well stocked to prep meals. Very spacious and right at the foot of king mountain. Definitely would stay here again.
Great location, private, cheaper than a hotel, everyone had their own space. All of our excursions picked us up right at this location! I will definitely book again next year!!!!

We’re sorry to hear the home didn’t fully meet your expectations. We do our best to ensure that our listings are transparent and accurate, with up-to-date photos and detailed descriptions so guests know what to expect. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration when planning future updates.
We hope that despite this, you were still able to enjoy your stay, and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
All the best,

We booked back in July 2024 for our stay in March 2025. Everything was exactly as listed and was extremely close to Snow King Mountain! It was a definitely bonus as the weather was not the greatest one of the days. Would for sure book again if we decide to come back next year for the hill climb!
Great value for a 3 bedroom place within walking distance of downtown Jackson Hole. We used the kitchen a lot and appreciated the coffee provided. The host communication was timely, clear and friendly. The place was clean, but could have used a little more TLC to feel more inviting. We appreciated the fans they provided for each room, and lots of wash clothes and towels. However, between the uncomfortable beds and light shining through the blinds, sleep was rough for all of us. If you aren’t picky about beds, this is a great option.

The property was nice and well situated for our needs BUT, there were problems. The toaster was broken, the downstairs sink stopper was broken, and the nightlight. With three bedrooms there were few places to hang up bath towels. The only kitchen items provided were SALT AND PEPPER. Since we were there Friday to Monday, NO one was available to fix these broken items. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the past decade or two, and never had such a lack of remedy to broken items. If their policy is to have no repair or maintenance on the weekend, they should say it up front. All we got were the messages that nothing could be done, or someone might stop by…… crickets. Come on, Outpost! You should do better.

Hi Mary,
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We’re glad to hear the home was a good fit for your stay and that the location was a highlight, but we’re truly sorry to learn that several maintenance issues impacted your experience.
We sincerely apologize for the broken items you encountered and, more importantly, for our lack of clear communication around the maintenance and delivery requests you reported. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we regret that our follow-through fell short. It’s clear we missed the mark in ensuring you received timely updates and resolution during your stay, and we regret the impact this had on your overall experience.
Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we’re reviewing your comments with our team to ensure all future guests receive the support they need in a timely manner. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope that despite these issues, you were still able to enjoy your time in Jackson.
All the best,

This property is an excellent location. Do not expect an early check-in, as I think it is rare for them to have the property available before 4 pm. The blinds need to be changed- they look like they are from the 70's. There is a parking lot from the hotel across from the house- headlights come straight into the master bedroom. We requested curtains for the master bedroom, but they put them in the small bedroom next door. It impacted our sleep. The bathrooms have not been updated. Once they make improvements on this old house, it will be a great rental.
