Palm Springs Jewel

This is an amazing property. Very stylish and comfortable. Close to downtown Palm Springs as well as shopping. We absolutely loved both the front and back balcony. I would highly recommend this property.

So beautiful I did not want to leave

Enjoyed a one month stay in this modern, stylish and well equipped vacation home. The host and property manager responded to each request very promptly and met all my needs. This upper unit has mountain views and two outdoor balconies that offer sun or shade depending on your needs. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to downtown, even closer to the airport and beautiful landscaped. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The condo was very nice but way too many plug in fresheners. Also we were not given the complete unit address and ended up driving around the complex for over a half an hour. Check in process could be improved. Otherwise we loved the place and pools. Would recommend it for sure.

Thank you for your note, Anita. I’m sorry you had an issue finding the unit. Jeremy’s (the local manager) cell phone was listed in the ad in case you had any issues. Jeremy had also texted you before your arrival to which you did not reply. I’m not really sure what more we could have done. Vrbo also automatically emailed you the check in information 3 days before your arrival. It is their policy not to give the complete information in the ad. I’ll ask the housekeeping team to make sure the air fresheners are turned down after each guest leaves going forward.
