The house is well-equipped for relaxation and entertainment, featuring board games, video games, and streaming services, while providing the comforts of home with coffee, tea, and convenient phone chargers. Unwind in the den area, where a welcoming gas fireplace complements the spacious open chalet floor plan, perfect for cozy evenings after a day in the mountains. Embrace the outdoors with a gas firepit and chairs on the balcony, providing an ideal spot to soak in the surroundings. Additionally, a traditional wood firepit in the front lawn, complete with a chairlift swing, offers a unique and charming setting for enjoying the crisp mountain air and starry nights, creating memorable moments for your mountain retreat.
We have a No Party policy as well as a No Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a deep cleaning fee of $500 to cover damages.

Great little house

The house was clean and everything we needed was there. Great little place in the woods away from a lot of people so definitely a great place to unwind and just relax. The property manager got back to me instantly with answers to any questions i had. I would definitely stay there again

We had an amazing time at this property. 4 adults and 2 children were very comfortable. Having a "kids" room with ample space and a tv with video games was great! Tim, the host, was great, responding to any questions or requests in an efficient and timely manner. A few minute drive to the mountain was great, no need to go through N. Conway traffic. We would definitely stay again.
