This newly renovated fully furnished and remodeled three bedroom townhome is located directly across from the Del Mar Race Track and 0.6 miles from the beach. Super clean with modern kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing stay. This property provides a cozy patio with gas fire pit and grill for your enjoyment. There are no units above or below with easy private access and one designated parking on site.

Great stay at Solana Beach!
Our stay was great! The host was easy to communicate with, the house was easy to find, plenty room, a comfortable place to spend a vacation. The thoughtful touches were appreciated. We absolutely loved the place!!!
