A spacious two-story Japanese-style house with three separate bedrooms provides a comfortable and authentic experience for groups or families visiting Japan.
In a traditional Japanese house, you can expect a design that incorporates elements such as tatami mats (straw mats), sliding doors (fusuma), and low furniture. The layout emphasizes open spaces and natural materials, creating a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere.
Having three separate bedrooms in the house is a great advantage, as it allows for privacy and personal space for each member of your group or family.
Additionally, the multi-story design of the house provides ample space for everyone to move around and relax. You can enjoy the first-floor common area, such as a living room and dining area.
The whole 2-story house of 80m2 will be yours to use.
*** Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor: The master bedroom has one queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm). The second bedroom has one double bed (140cm x 200cm). The third bedroom has a 2 single futon set (90cm x 200cm). (VRBO system can not be modified)
The toilet and bathroom on the 1st floor are separated.
Perfect set up for your Tokyo Trip.

The room was spotless. Communication with the host couldn't have been easier. Skytree has everything you could want or need as well, including a Pokémon Center. The laundry was easy to use. Overall, this is a peaceful retreat right in the middle of it all.
Wonderful traditional Japanese home. Nice space for 2 adults & 2 teens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is a 12-15 min walk from a metro station so plan accordingly w/luggage. Host should repair sliding bathroom door (not smooth on track and 1 glass panel sounds close to leaping off) & add another mirror or two around the flat as the bathroom mirror is impossible to see yourself in & the lighting is terrible. Otherwise an excellent stay!
we loved the traditional space, and the neighborhood (quieter than most other areas we explored). delicious bakeries, easy convenience stores nearby. train was a bit of a walk, but a nice opportunity to wander. we appreciated the coffee and amazing shower!
We had a fabulous time at craft flat Asakusa! Don’t use Apple Maps for the location, but other than that, it was perfect! The beds are super comfy and having laundry on site is a huge bonus!! We loved the traditional style of the space with all of the luxuries of a contemporary home!
Wow.. what a beautiful property. Host was very communicative and we were able drop off our luggage early. The fine craftsmanship of the remodelled home was evident throughout. Downloadable house manual explained how to use appliances and sorting of the trash. It is a bit of a walk to train stations (10-15 min) to at least the ones we used. Convenience store within 5 min walk. Bedrooms on 2nd floor and only bathroom on 1st floor. My son who is 6 feet tall banged his head a few times on the low ceiling beams but adjusted quickly. Lol. Very close (1 block) to Sumida River, bridges and beautiful cherry blossoms in early April.
Property was in a great location. Owner was very responsive. Unfortunately, all shower functions did not work: tall/rain attachment and bathtub faucet not work (this info was shared shortly before info). Husband and son repeatedly hit head on beams (house difficult for those 6 feet or taller. Snacks were available on arrival! Use of stove, fridge and laundry was great! Amazing neighborhood.Great host.Beautiful park and pedestrian bridge nearby.
