The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure sliding glass door is shut and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool and dock key and key cards are provided, but if lost it is $50 each. Do not leave the sliding glass door open. No day or overnight guests.
Do not turn the AC below 70. The Unit will freeze. You will not be reimbursed for your stay nor given a discount.
Park in designated parking lot for guests. Do not park under the unit. The garage is for owners only. All others will be towed.

It's a great little condo with a water view. The host was friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. The restaurant was delicious and the bar was fun with live music and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway for two, one who likes to read and the other who likes to fish. Caught numerous large bass from the dock and the shore, along with a few catfish and crappie. The purple martin house was full of activity and fun to watch. Kitchen met all of our needs, but we also grabbed a few meals out. Tony’s Italian Deli and Bar-A BBQ were delicious.
