One of a kind 1920`s old Spanish-Style Mini Resort. It sleeps 22 people with 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Property includes 3 Professionally decorated homes with a resort sized outdoor heated swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. The Tropical compound consists of a 2 story main house with 5 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The Villa is 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & sleeper sofa. The Cottage is a Studio with 1 queen bed, sleeper sofa & full bathroom. 7 minutes to the Beach!

Loved everyone having their own spaces between the main house, villa nd cottage. Shared backyard with heating pool and plenty of chairs a plus. Plenty of parking and Tony was a responsive host.

Tony was a wonderful host - quick responses, easy to work with and accommodating. We got together with six of my husband's siblings and their spouses and came from five different states. We rented the entire complex - house, villa and cottage. We had plenty of room to spread out - 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, 4 den areas, a game room, plus the gorgeous pool and all of the outdoor space we could want! The beds were super comfy with really nice mattresses. If I could give Tony the credit for the gorgeous weather, I would! It was hard to leave at the end of the week. 10/10, would stay again!

The house came as advertised with a lot of room for our group of 11 people. The pool was fantastic and the dining room large enough to accommodate all of us. The number of bedrooms also worked out great with everyone having their own space.

We had 16 girls and it was amazing. So much space! It felt so private, quiet and luxurious. It’s an old house with quirks, but absolutely beautiful. We had the best time. Highly recommend for large groups!

AMAZING GETAWAY!

THE PROPERTY WAS AMAZING - BACKYARD WAS SO BEAUTIFUL & LUSH. SO MUCH TO DO CLOSE BY - WE WERE LITERALLY 20 MINTUES FROM MULTIPLE BEACHES, MARINAS, HAD KIDS FROM 14-21 PLUS ADULTS & ALL HAD A GREAT TIME. TONY WAS FANTASTIC TOO WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO ANYTHING THAT CAME UP. WOULD DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Beautiful Property!

Our family met at Tony’s VBRO for a wonderful weekend of swimming, BBQing and relaxing. The property feels like a high-end Resort with its large swimming pool, numerous bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens. Everything was well organized and clean and we felt at home immediately. Beds were also very comfortable. The host answered any and all questions we had and was super helpful in every way. Hope to go back very soon!

“Mini Resort” is the right description!

We had such a good time staying here. The location is perfect, close enough to shops/restaurants that it’s a short uber/lyft, but far enough away to have a big private lot. I had plans for us to go to the farmers market but everyone just wanted to hang at the pool they were having such a great time! Ample sleeping space (we booked all 3) and it was nice having separate casitas in case someone needed to step away and get some work done. Pool towels were provided. Thank you Tony!

Perfect house for a big group getaway!!!

I picked this property for my bachelorette party and it was a perfect spot for our group!! There are 3 buildings on the property so we had 17 people spread out. There’s kitchens and bathrooms and beds and couches galore so we could spread out and be comfortable and cook everything!The property is BEAUTIFUL!!! The backyard feels like a secret hidden jungle and the heated saltwater pool felt amazing any time we took a swim.Cannot recommend this property enough! Nice and close to the beaches and plenty of places to buy food/drinks close!

100th birthday party huge success due to property amenities

Beautiful home and landscaping. We used all three units for the family. We were able to spread out as spaces allowed for privacy and togetherness. Fun was had by all. Beds were very comfortable and having six bathrooms was a real plus. My mom had the best time celebrating her 100th birthday. We would recommend this place to anyone. Awesome find

Wedding Week

My son was getting married and wanted his family (all 7 of his siblings and his BF) to be together in one place. This property was perfect for this. It had enough space for everyone to have some privacy but still be together just hanging out either in the pool, by the fire pit or the living room. This home is getting a little dated and could use some TLC but everything met our needs plus. The only reason I gave the cleanliness 3 stars is for the cabinets and drawers. Bathrooms and bedding were CLEAN! The backyard is beautiful and the location is peaceful. Great place to stay!

Thanks for your comments. We try our best to maintain the historical architecture of our 100 year Spanish style home. It would be simple to replace older cabinets but we feel it would lose the character and authenticity of the original home.
