Our house comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 King 2 queen size beds and 2 good sized couches in the living room for additional sleeping areas if you wish.
- The home occupancy permits 8 people.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.2.

The whole house, and backyard are yours to use.

We live about 45 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.

Although we used the kitchen very little we could tell it was well equipped. We appreciated the additional amenities like paper towels, toilet tissue, etc. I also lliked the two baskets with items for pets. My granddaughter brought her dog one afternoon and he was very happy with the toys and blankets.The house was exceptionally clean which was also appreciated.

Arrived at the rental house in a quiet neighbor with parks nearby. The house was so warm, clean and so cozy. It was easy to sleep in because the beds are extremely comfortable. The lay out of the bedrooms was nice because it gave us lots of privacy when needed. Loved the open concept of the kitchen and living room. kitchen appliances are all up to date. The hot tub is a large one which is fantastic. I could go on and on about how fantastic the house is and how nice the communication Vrbo and owner but just know it's a place I highly recommend. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Excellent stay

Everything was great with our stay. We had a wonderful Christmas with our little family and the was plenty of room for everyone and all our stuff. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great for cooking our dinner. Loved that my big pup was allowed there as he is a big part of my family. Might try to make this a new family Christmas tradition.
