HOT TUB AND SPA:
The swim spa does not have a heating function, only a chiller for the summer months, and the hot tub section is the only part that is heated and set to 102 degrees.

The house was very clean, well equipped, extremely fun for kids, and is located with easy access to Gilbert restaurants. We have family living in Gilbert and this was a great option for overflow guests.

Stayed here for a few days in March and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Three bedrooms and two separate living rooms with large TVs. Backyard was large and we spent a lot of time out in the sun. Game room is next level. With something for everyone. Property is conveniently located near many great restaurants in Gilbert. Would recommend.

House was very clean, loved the game room. One small frustration was two living rooms and both very small. Dining room table with the swivel chairs are great for adults, but not for kids, they kept spinning around, we had to hold them so they could eat. Overall it was a nice stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean and the game room was a huge hit. Its proximity to the wedding venue was incredibly convenient, and the house had plenty of space for setting up hair and makeup stations. Highly recommend!

Spectacular property which is incredibly true to it's industrial theme in all the little details of the home. The home had extrmely conlmfortavle beds, and an absolute abundance of entertainment options, including numerous large screen TVs. We had local family over for dinner and all our guests enjoyed the grill, hot tub, firepit, bags, air hockey and game room. When the fire pit propane ran low, and changing the tank was not obvious, I messaged the host, who came over and changed the tank for us within an hour. All things considered, an excellent enjoyable property with an attentive host. Highly reccomended!

Unique and fun!

Had a great time staying in this home. They thought of everything you would need for your stay. The decorating was unique and each room had a different theme. We had a blast playing all the arcade games and hanging out on the patio.

Such a fun house

The decor was so playful. Loved staying here. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood and so much to do in the house. We definitely took advantage of all the amenities from the game room and popcorn maker to the fire pit and hot tub. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here

I couldn’t be more impressed! We thought we would have to get the hot tub going and wait for it to be warm. NOPE! That had it ready to go! Extra things like spices, popcorn for the popcorn machine, shampoo and even snores! More than expected! I have to reach out to the host for insight on decor. The steampunk theme was throughout the home along with gaming and sea creatures. Everything was absolutely amazing. I’m gonna have to go back just for the VR simulator and 1942 on the pac man game. This is such a fun spot with all the care you wouldn’t expect given as well as the warm hospitality. They will take care of you here and ensure your stay was as brilliant as you hoped. 10 STARS if I could give that many. Will be going again and have already received other properties hosted by these fine folks of which we will for sure venture too. They have beach themed houses too!!… one has golden tee… just saying! Overall… excellent. Don’t hesitate to take a trip here.

Activities Abound

The house is very charming, clean and well maintained! We had fun all weekend; starting with a homemade pasta making dinner in the well equipped kitchen, the various/fun games in the garage and enjoyed the backyard spa/pool the entire weekend! We will definitely be back!!

Great place to stay

We had an amazing stay at this incredible house! The arcade room was unlike anything we’ve stayed at before, the kids (and adults) were entertained for hours! We were within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants. Dean was very quick to respond, only downside was the car game was broken and we thought the swim spa was heated. But otherwise it was fantastic!

Such a great place!

We had such a great time here. The game room and swim spa got a lot of use- the outside area is AMAZING, and the decorative touches were fun. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very nice. Everything was clean! It was easy to find from the airport and was a short drive to groceries and all types of restaurants. We have already recommended it to several other people that might be passing through at some point. Great place to stay!

Great house and location!

We had such a great time with friends! The house was well furnished and there was so much to do at the house, the backyard was great! And games to entertain. We had to contact Dean because we couldn't figure out how to start the fire pit he came right over and adjusted it. Everyone agreed we would stay here again.

We had 3 adults staying at property. Really enjoyed fully functioning kitchen for cooking for our 1 week stay. Beds were super comfortable and the decorations were over the top. The arcade in the garage was a hit for the guys. Very close to downtown Gilbert with so much to experience. Loved the attention to details! Will return for sure.

Fantastic & Fun!

We booked this home to stay in over Easter and had a few family and friends over for Easter Sunday. The backyard was amazing and we were looking forward to spending most of our time out there. But when it started raining there was still so much to do. The game room is like no other I have ever seen in a private residence. Everyone had a blast. The home is comfortable, clean and cozy. The host’s were so kind and responsive. I will definitely be booking this home again and recommending it to all my friends and family. Come rain or shine a good time was had by all!

Great rental

Had a great time staying at rental. A couple suggestions. 1.) Add a door or something to master bathroom entry. 2.) Guess bathroom shower/tub needs to be painted lighter color and add a light to see. Its to dark in shower. 3.) Dining room tables need better chairs. Tables are fine but regular chairs would make it better. Everything else was awesome.

I would not recommend…

My family & I stayed on the property for a long weekend in March. We were really excited about the arcade room but the biggest draw for us was the swim spa. We knew the kids would love swimming and we knew it would be heated even if the air was a bit chilly still. When we arrived Thursday evening & got settled, we realized the swim part of the spa was not heating. The water was only 71 degrees & we had reset the programming to heat but no hot water was coming out. I text Dean about it & he said he had drained the entire spa the day before due to it not being clean and it would just take some time to heat up. We also had trouble with the backyard fireplace. The flames were low and we couldn’t keep it going. I text Dean again to ask about the fireplace. He did come over later that evening to replace the empty propane tank for the fireplace & we also had him take a look at the pool as it was still not heating. He said he reset the programming so we covered everything for the night. Friday afternoon, we returned to the house expecting the water to have heated up. The water temp was 69. I text Dean again & asked for help with the pool. He did not respond to my text until the following day. He said he came over & reset it again but when we returned Saturday evening, the water was still 70. I text him that something was wrong with it but never heard back. We left Sunday morning without hearing back from Dean. Very unprofessional & frustrating. I do not recommend staying here.

Dear Erin, Wanted to respond to your review. First of all I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay, my wife and I work many hours weekly to make sure property is in good condition and accommodating for guests. In response to swim spa I would also like to point out in property description of listing it states that the hot tub is heated, swim spa is not described as heated. In the metro Phoenix area most pools are not heated. However our Swim potion of spa does have a heating feature but after a power outage it appears to no longer be working. In response to the part of review that I did not respond, I checked my text messages, for some reason the last message you sent that was mentioned, I am not seeing. If I had received I would have responded. Thanks, Dean
