Welcome to The Terrace! This stunning custom designed home is the perfect choice for friends or families looking for a luxurious yet comfortable stay in Gilbert / Mesa. Soak up some sun in the backyard oasis complete with heated* pool w/baha shelf, sun loungers for adults AND kids!, fire table, smoker grill, & outdoor movies on the comfy couch. The house is outfitted with our guests in mind; tons of extra touches to find around every corner of the house to ensure our guests feel right at home!

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully designed living area. The open floor plan allows for seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating spaces perfect for gathering the group together where there is plenty of space for all. The modern furnishings, perfectly placed accent lighting and tasteful decor create an elegant and inviting atmosphere, giving you the perfect backdrop to enjoy your vacation!

One of the highlights of The Terrace that’s sure to delight the whole group is the backyard oasis! Have fun splashing in the heated* pool, where even the little ones can safely enjoy the water on the shallow baha shelf, and the bigger kids (and kids at heart!) can enjoy swimming under the waterfall or kicking back on a pool float. Enjoy dinner together on the patio after grilling your favorite foods on the Traeger Smoker Grill, catch the Arizona sunset with a cocktail in hand, watch a midnight movie on the patio couches, and roast s’mores on the fire table for a late night treat!

The bedrooms in this home away from home are designed with your comfort in mind. Each room features plush bedding, ample storage space, TV’s, bedside lamps and charging ports. The master suite has a king bed with a dedicated working space away from the main areas of the house. The other 2 bedrooms both have queen beds and are on the opposite side of the house from the master suite, with each side of the house having its own heating/cooling system so everyone can be comfortable!

Both bathrooms are fully stocked with everything guests need during their stay; fluffy towels, makeup towels, hair dryers, cotton balls, Qtips, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, quality toilet paper, and more. The master en suite bathroom features a HUGE walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, and the other newly renovated bathroom has a tub & shower with all the same amenities as the master bath.

For families traveling with children, we offer a range of family-friendly amenities. With a Pack N Play with bedding, a highchair, and a selection of board games, kids books and a few toys, there's plenty to keep the little ones entertained and cared for. We also have childproof locks on the back door that leads to the pool for extra safety.

Located in a quiet and safe suburban neighborhood, The Terrace is just a short distance from popular Gilbert attractions, restaurants, and shops. And being less than a mile from the major highway, you;ll have easy access to the rest of the Phoenix area, including Mesa, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Tempe and Chandler. The Fine Print:
Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.

*Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge, with a 3-day minimum of consecutive days for the pool heating. Rates: $100 per day in January & February. $75 per day for all other months. This fee just covers the extra utilities needed to heat the large body of water. Heating the pool water is generally needed between October and April to provide comfortable swimming temperatures. Pool heat needs to be requested at least 3-days prior to arrival and is then heated between 82-88 degrees.

If the cleaning of the house after a guest checks out takes more than 5-hours, the guest will be charged accordingly for the excess.

There is 1 video surveillance devise on the property at the front door, which is in a public place. The video surveillance is in no way meant to diminish the privacy of our guests, but rather provide an extra level of security against theft and break ins, both of which are very rare in this area.
