Great for family vacation or long term stay. This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy watching the protected burrowing owls while relaxing on the patio. Minutes from Matlacha, major supermarkets, every type of eatery available, shopping centers and other amenties. Five minutes from Burnt Store boat ramp and kayak launch. Fort Meyers Beach just 25 miles and 25 minutes from Punta Gorda aiprport (PGD). Other things to do; Sun Splash Family Waterpark - 6 mi, Gator MIke's Family Fun Park - 6.5 mi, Key West Express at Fort Meyers Beach - 25 mi. Catch the ferry and visit Key West for the day. Grab some lunch or dinner at Miceli's Waterfront Restaurant. Enjoy their waterfront outdoor seating, down to earth atmosphere, delicious american and italian cuisine and regular live music.
