This home offers Direct boat access to the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges and includes a deep water boat slip. All boats, including sailboats, are welcome and less than 15 minutes to the river. This tastefully decorated 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home on the water truly has it all. Enjoy the gorgeous saltwater heated pool and spa overlooking the water that are yours when you are done boating, beach combing, or exploring for the day. Beaches are just 25-30 minutes away. Beautiful home with amazing pool

My best friend and I rented the house for a girls getaway. The house is beautiful and the cleanliness is top notch. The pool and spa were amazing and so relaxing. We spent hours each day in the pool. The neighborhood was also amazing. We loved being in the pool and looking at the view of the canal. We will book this home again if we come back to the area. We were sad to leave. The VRBO is perfectly located, the floor plan works quite well and is just as described in the listing, and the property manager is available, friendly, and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay and we hope to return.

Girls Get Away

Was a Great place for Girls Weekend. Pool and spa were used alot. The house gad everything that you would ever need well stocked with pool toys floaties towels ect. Beds very comfortable. Neighbors friendly and took left over food we bought . A great gat away tor relaxation and close to activities stores adventures if ypu want. Quite neighborhood. Would be a pkace we would book again

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was as advertised. The beds were comfy and the bedding was perfect. I might have shed a tear upon leaving the wonderful shower in the guest bath! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much.

Excellent property

Wonderful Florida home. It is basically sound proof from outside noises. A neighbor was having their roof replaced and I could not tell until I stepped out front to go to the store. The check in was so much better than any other property we have stayed at and we have stayed at several in Cape Coral. The property was extremely organized. There was even soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and many other items to make your stay comfortable. Loved the pool.
