We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and as described. Just note, to check in you have to do it at the Cobb Real Estate office about 5 miles up the road to receive your keys and drop them. Also it has a fenced yard but small pets can crawl under the bottom row of fencing. We will stay again for sure.

Great house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great house, quiet street. Has a fence, but had big open spaces in fence and our dogs got out, so we had to keep them on a leash. This is the only reason I couldn't rent it again with dogs, but definitely would if I don't bring dogs. Great house, clean house, great price.

It is a basic rental. If you need a place to sleep this will be sufficient.
