Amberjack is a charming bayside property is both budget-friendly and pet-friendly. It offers two distinct living spaces.
The upper unit boasts a full kitchen with breakfast bar seating, a cozy living area with a couch and wall-mounted smart TV, a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a shower.
On the ground level, there's a dining space for four, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, and small refrigerator. The living area includes a full-sized futon and a twin bed, while a separate small room with a barn door contains another queen bed. This level also has an additional bathroom with a shower and a washer/dryer.
A spacious, fenced yard provides a safe play area for children and pets. Conveniently located close to town, it's an ideal setup for two families, with the beach just a short ride away.




SUMMER SEASON ARRIVAL DAYS ARE MONDAY or FRIDAY AND DEPARTURE DAYS ARE SUNDAY or THURSDAY. For alternate arrival and departure days, please contact our office.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and as described. Just note, to check in you have to do it at the Cobb Real Estate office about 5 miles up the road to receive your keys and drop them. Also it has a fenced yard but small pets can crawl under the bottom row of fencing. We will stay again for sure.

Has a fence, but had big open spaces in fence and our dogs got out, so we had to keep them on a leash. This is the only reason I couldn't rent it again with dogs, but definitely would if I don't bring dogs. Great house,clean house,great price.

the floors were dirty looks like they haven't been swept in a while had bugs all in corners the pillowcases in "the Room" bottom floor were stained. Had a pot under the sink in the kitchen and was leaking water.
