Classic Coastal Beach Home Perfect for Families

This spacious four-bedroom, three-bath classic beach house in Crystal Beach is made for unforgettable family gatherings and laid-back coastal living. Comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests, this pet-friendly home offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy quality time together—just the way a beach getaway should be.

● Location: Crystal Beach, Texas.

● Beach Access: A quick 3-minute drive from the sandy shores of the Gulf. Cars are permitted to park on the beach

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Inside, the home features a welcoming layout designed to bring people together. The main living area is bright and comfortable, with ample seating for movie nights, board games, or simply unwinding after a day in the sun. Beach-inspired touches throughout the home create a warm, coastal atmosphere that instantly puts you in vacation mode.

The kitchen is fully equipped to handle meals for a crowd, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family-style dinners. With generous counter space and all the essential cookware, cooking together becomes part of the experience. The nearby dining area provides a convenient place to gather, share meals, and plan the next day’s adventures.

All four bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate large families and groups, offering comfortable sleeping options and flexible layouts. With three full bathrooms, mornings are easy and stress-free, even with a full house. Whether traveling with multiple families or a mix of adults and kids, the home’s layout allows for both shared time and quiet moments to recharge.

The outdoor areas provide plenty of space to enjoy the coastal breeze, let kids play, or relax with your favorite drink after a beach day. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
