We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The pool was crystal clear and incredibly well cared for. Our host was so kind, responsive, and communicated exceptionally well throughout our stay, making the entire experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Very well kept, clean and organized house. Some what close to the beaches in the area, about 15 mins to Venice Beach or Englewood Beach.Walmart, Publix and Costco are near by for your groceries and many place to eat no matter what you're in the mood for. Our go to place was Pineapple Tequila, but we drive as far as Sarasota for dinner.The sunset view after dinner at Sharkys was awesome.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The property is beautiful, well maintained, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. We needed for nothing during our 2 week stay!! The check-in, communication with the host, all outstanding and seamless!! The fenced back-yard was safe for our 13.5 lb dog, Daisy. The lanai and pool the best place to relax and recharge. The pool, spotlessly clean and fun for Daisy and her 'parents'. It is obvious that so much thought and care went into making this a very special place and we could not have asked for a better experience. We hated to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. 5 stars for everything--- we HIGHLY recommend this property! Thank you to the amazing hosts for making our stay so wonderful and perfect --- we felt right at home! Daisy, Deb and Alan

This property is wonderful and the location is perfect. Close to several beaches, downtown Venice, dining and entertainment. The house is clean and extremely well kept. The lanai and pool are fantastic. Lots of pool toys/supplies for adults and kids. The garage was wonderful to help during the heat and rain. So many beach supplies, we were thoroughly impressed! Kitchen has everything you need. Pet friendly and good yard for them to stretch their legs. Quiet neighborhood. The owner is very responsive to all questions and needs, so easy to communicate with. Cannot wait to plan our return trip!

Great place to stay. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of beach supplies(wagon, chairs, toys, shark tooth sifters, plenty of towels). The pool was so enjoyable, we used it every evening. The owner was so pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We had another wonderful time here. The pool was so enjoyable (we loved eating on the lanai and just sitting by the pool soaking up the beautiful FL sunshine), and the fenced in yard was perfect for our fur-baby. The location is great as it's only minutes to different beaches, restaurants, and downtown. Fritz was a delight and responded very quickly with thorough answers (he has a great sense of humor!). We are already looking forward to a return trip! Thank you Fritz!!

Wonderful house with a swimming pool, it was clean and fully equipped with everything you need for life and relaxation, there is also a garage for a car, which is especially necessary in the heat. We had a wonderful stay! The house was very well-appointed with so many extra things to enhance our trip. It was also super organized which helped us get acclimated for our weeklong stay. Great Location

We had a great stay. The house was lovely. Having the pool was great. And the house is close to everything: beaches, walking trails, downtown Venice, restaurants and shopping. And the neighborhood is quiet. Fritz was very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome.

Fritz's House

Fritz 's house is in a great location for us. We love the Venice area. We love to bike ride and I love having a heated pool. The house is very comfortable and Fritz is very easy to work with. We have already booked it again.

Perfect!

This was a great place to stay. The house had all the amenities we needed - including sharp knives! The location worked well for us - a quick drive to downtown Venice, shopping, beaches, and walking trails. Fritz was very kind and very easy to work with. The pool was clean and the lanai was a wonderful place to begin and end each day. We will definitely return next year!

Perfect place for family vacation

The house was perfect for our needs on our family vacation. Our kids loved the pool and were in it any time they had a free minute, the games were nice during the short rain fall. The kitchen was stocked for us to make meals. Beach towels, wagon, chairs, and beach equipment/toys made our many days at the beach easy and fun. There are many beaches to visit. Enough restaurants and shops nearby to enjoy as well. Fritz was only a text/phone call away with any questions and helped make this vacation a memorable one.
