The chefs kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for a large group, and the 6 beds ensure that everyone will have a comfortable place to sleep.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property via smart locks, it is very easy and convenient. Large private driveway for the guests as well as additional free street parking.

House Rules:

Please include all adults, children, infants in counts.

Message us with child ages, arrival time, and any special needs/bedding requests.

Changes need approval. No unregistered guests or we may cancel without refund.

Profile: Phone number and real name. This is just to confirm you are who you say you are, nothing more.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3pm and after. The home has a smartlock and a code will automatically generate. The code will not work until the check in time of 3PM and response with “Agree” has been received.

NO SMOKING: If so, $500 Deep Clean. No smoking/vaping, flammable items. Kindly smoke outside, away from openings and throw away all roaches, cigarette butts, etc, in the trash can.

NO PETS: If so, $500 Deep Clean & we may cancel stay without refund. Trained Service Dog OK. ADVANCE notice required.

QUIET TIME: 10pm - 8am. Enjoy our home! But please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior or illegal activities. If so, stay may be canceled without refund. This is per the LA County Home Sharing Ordinance.

LINENS/BEDS: Kindly refrains from eating in the bedrooms.

KITCHEN: Wash any dishes, pots, pans, etc.

CHECK OUT BY 10AM (late check out needs OK 24hrs ahead.

UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT: $50. If overstay impact next guest: 2X overnight rate. Fee is not an extension.

COURTEOUS GUEST: The cleaning fee is based on you being a “courteous guest”, which means treating the home with respect. Simple things like cleaning up after yourself, no unruly behavior, illegal activities, stealing, destruction of items/property. We try to be as accommodating and understanding as possible, however, if severe violations occur, fines may be imposed.
