Welcome to our CUTE and COZY bungalow....L27 Periwinkle....Ocean Lakes Family Campground .. IF YOU LIKE TO BE RIGHT IN THE HEART OF THE ACTION ...THIS HOUSE IS FOR YOU ...
This adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalow is perfect for small families, singles and couples. Living room, kitchen and dinning room has an open concept. The family room has 2 very comfortable sofa's. Tastefully decorated and in a perfect location for those who have friends and family that might be camping. In less than a 2 minute walk you can have your toes in the sand or be relaxing in the slow moving lazy river... The bungalow features cable TV , wireless WIFI, and TV's in bedrooms and living room. Cable is provided by spectrum . Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating needs. The master has a large comfortable king size bed , guest room is set up with full size bunk beds that will sleep 4. The house will sleep 6 comfortably in beds . Our bathroom offers a tub shower combination . We are very close to one of Ocean Lakes very nice bath houses as well. Outside find a comfortable patio space with gas grill and a dinning area great for eating out and hanging out with the family , not to mention people watching ...If you like to be center stage THIS IS THE HOUSE FOR YOU. We have parking for 1 car , all others will need to park in the overflow parking that Ocean Lakes provides. We do NOT allow smoking of cigarettes or marijuana or vaping in our home.

NO Parties. Linens are NOT included.
Small pet ...20 lbs and under will be CONSIDERED ...crated when alone...added pet fee..
COME enjoy the star light nights , the ocean waves, and all the family fun activities Ocean Lakes has to offer ...

Departure cleaning fee is $175 during the peak season or for 7 night stays ...During off season its $150 for less than 7 night stays ....it is included in the Vrbo price.

Be prepared to pay an entrance fee to enter the park. Ocean Lakes will charge you $12 to $15 per night per vehicle before you arrive ....

House is cute but the bathroom and bedrooms are VERY small! Front porch is great. Proximity to the beach is unbeatable! This house was immaculate, the kitchen is well equipped.

Spring Break

We truly enjoyed staying at this house. It was the perfect size for my mom, my daughter, her friend, and myself. It was close to the water and close to activities for the girls. The property manager was great. She made it super easy to rent and helped with any of our needs. We will absolutely be back. Thank you.

We loved the home it was perfect for our family. Storage is a bit of an issue since you have to bring all your bedding and everything with you. Extra storage in the kitchen would be great. We had stayed at a place in Annamarie and they had a cubicle that was in the kitchen that was used for the storage which was a great idea. Those were our only concerns other than that, everything was perfect. The home is beautiful.

There is just SO much to do inside the park . Once you get here and go get your groceries , you really don't have to leave.. The atmosphere is great , big smiles on little kids faces .... Whats better than that. Its just a FUN place to be. Something for everyone.

I have many properties ... I feel something that will fit everyone. They are all over the park.. They are very clean , well maintained , owned by families that care about others. Families that understand what it means to rent ... You make it your space but there is also room for your guest to add a touch of themselves. They enjoy having others come and enjoy the park also.
