Amazing house and amenities

The house's location to the community pool, the garage play zone and the fully stocked house makes for an easy and enjoyable stay in the St. George/Washington area. It's easy access from I-15 and close to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time at Ladera 347 and will be back!

The house was excellent! Nice and clean. There could be more board games added to the collection. The old maid card set was not complete. The high-chair provided was broken, so we were unable to use it. Everything else was perfect!

Amazing single story home with all the bells and whistles

The layout of this place is made for entertaining. A big open living/dining room, spaceous bedrooms, a toy filled garage, and a stand alone open air sun room made this our go to place to host Christmas activities. Could not have asked for a more convenient/better equipped home for our immediate and extended family. Will be staying here again.

This was a repeat stay for us at this home and we sure love it. In a quiet neighborhood, with a pool across the street. Beds are comfortable, kitchen had what we needed. There was an issue with the internet but was resolved quickly. The game room is a fun space and the sounds don't carry into the living room or bedrooms. We will be back!

Clean, comfortable and cool! It was right across from the pool which was easy with our toddlers! Loved the extra green room area, my kids loved playing in there with the toys that were provided. So many hot wheels kept my kids busy for hours!!

What a great place to spend a trip! The kids loved all the fun things in the garage. The house is super fun, and very artistic. Everything was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay again. One stupid tiny complaint is the fitted sheet on the master bed is too small and kept coming off all night. It would be very easy to fix that.

What a fun vacation in a beautiful home. Our 3 kids had a fantastic time in the huge game room. Red Sands was a perfect rental company, everything went smooth and easy. The house was amazing, it was professionally designed. The game room had awesome video games, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games and was so comfortable and easy. We will recommend this to our friends and will be back.

A New Family Favorite

We loved everything about our stay and we plan to return again soon. Home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was generously stocked with everything we needed. The game room was a big hit with all of us, and the noise from the game room didn't carry into the master bedroom. Home is not far from the freeway so it didn't take long to drive to other parts of St George area. We've stayed at several other VRBOs in this area and this one (by far!) is our favorite.

Great Spot!

The property was wonderful, comfortable, and as described. Really great game room and pool is just across the street. Everything was excellent, but there was some miscommunication on the door code and the wi-fi. It looked like something had changed in the wifi name and password so many of the TV's did not connect to streaming services nor did the game room. Because of the busy holiday weekend, it took some time to fix, but the communication and service was great and kept me up to date on the progress. All in all a fun weekend in a great property.

Amazing home to spend time in. Felt like home, not a sterile hotel. Very clean and up to date. Extremely comfortable beds and seating. Plenty of room to spread out. The game room is amazing, it would keep everyone busy . Loved the air hockey and ping pong table. The kids loved the Switch video game. We will definitely book this home again.. the rental company was amazing. They were extremely helpful and professional. Thanks for a wonderful get away.

The layout of the home was perfect for us. We really Enjoyed the game room! The first night we had no internet which was difficult bc we were with kids and 3 men who wanted to watch March madness so that was a bummer but they did send someone out the next day and it continued to work. The location was perfect we were across from the community pool ! Places to eat and gas stations down the street. I wish they did supply us with more garbage bags and toilet paper. When you have 7 people in the house you do go through things very quickly and we found ourselves without a garbage bag the last day. Overall we had a great experience

Great Place to Stay

The house was great to stay in the pool and hot tub is located directly across the street. It sits on a very quiet neighborhood and road. I would stay there again. The only issue was the wireless internet didn't always work which was no big deal unless you and wanted to watch TV
