Our beautiful newly furnished luxury Condo is finest located at Regency @ Poipu Kai Resort. It is one of only a handful of air-conditioned properties on the Island of Kauai. Our Condo is on the 2nd & 3rd floor with a fantastic view of the mountain range. The resort is located just a short stroll to several world class beaches including Shipwreck Beach, Brenneckes Beach and Poipu Beach which makes them the perfect location for any size group or family. If you have younger children along for the trip you won't find a more perfect children's beach than the little beach formed between Brennecke's and Poipu beaches. Protected from the surf by a natural rock outcropping and featuring a very shallow and gently sloping beach, the children will have a blast!

Great place for a fun vacation!

This house was just right for 5 adults to have their own space! It had all of the accommodations we needed and more. Easy walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants.

Friends getaway

We were on a couples getaway!! There were 3 couples and we had an AMAZING time. The property was very clean and welcoming. The location was very close to other attractions with great beaches and great restaurants!! I would definitely recommend this property!!

Fantastic Poipu home

Jennifer's home in Poipu was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house was exactly as described, well-equipped, spacious, clean, with cool A/C, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location close to Poipu beaches could not be better. Jennifer was very responsive, answering all of our questions, and helping us to plan our activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Perfect location in Poipu

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Very clean and great location just a short walk to Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. The pools are small but you have a choice of 3 and none were very crowded when we were there. We grilled out by the pool two nights and the kids had a blast swimming! Perfect jumping off point for Napali coast and Waimea canyon. We had a great time!!!

A wonderful place for a family vacation!

We are a multi-generational family of 8, and Jennifer’s condo was perfect for all 7 adults and our 2 ½ year granddaughter. We were happy to have found a place where we could all relax, cook meals and be together under one roof. The comfortable living room had room for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked with 16 beautiful place-settings along with plenty of pots and pans, knives and kitchen equipment. Everyone could also all eat together around the large dining table. A real plus was all the beach equipment. There are plenty of beach towels, several sets of snorkels and masks (just missing clips), boogie boards, beach umbrellas and chairs, and a great wagon to carry everything on the 10 minute walk to either Poipu or Shipwreck beach. Though our 2 ½ year old granddaughter was too old for the pack and play provided, she was very appreciative (as were her parents and grandparents) of the umbrella stroller which made the journey to the beach much easier. There is also a great washer/dryer with plenty of laundry soap for wet towels. With four comfortable bedrooms with king size beds, we all had plenty of space. Jennifer is such a super host that when we discovered that the 4th bedroom in the loft didn’t have a door, she bought a folding screen for privacy which worked perfectly! Thanks Jennifer. We had a great time in your beautiful condo!

This property was excellent for our family. It was everything that was advertised & more. The rug sheds so the vacuum was a real asset, might want to consider a stronger vacuum. Would definitely come back.

This is a fabulous location within walking distance to the beach, Moir gardens, etc. The pool and hot tub were also lovely. Beautiful grounds and beautiful area!

Family trip

Myself, husband, two children (age 11) and both sets of grandparents visited Kaua’i for the first time. The condo was spacious and worked well for the number of family members we had. Our only issue was the wireless internet. When I contacted the owner, she did her best to get the situation fixed.

Family time in Poipu

4 adult couples and two infants. Great condo. Would highly recommend. Lots of chairs, umbrellas and water toys available for use. Kitchen amply supplied with cooking gear. Nice big dining table. Upstairs loft/bedroom is very nice with privacy screen, but should be taken into consideration if a couple is planning on staying in that space. All bedrooms had king beds! Would stay here again with our family and close to the beach.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was very clean and well stocked, within walking distance to Poipu Beach where we all got to have a puka dog, and a five minute drive to old town Koloa. The owner was prompt to respond to any questions we might have. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo Near Beaches

I would highly recommend this condo in south Kauai. It was very clean and in a perfect location within walking distance to multiple beaches and a beautiful hiking trail. It was also well stocked and the beds were super comfortable.

Great Condo at Poipu Kai

This is our second multi-generational family trip and stay at the Regency at Poipu Kai. The condo was great, it had everything we needed for our trip. The only (very nominal) downside was the unit was along the main road, which we didn't realize, but that didn't detract from the location or the trip at all. We would stay again!

Family Spring Break Get-Together

Great place and great location. Could easily walk to back to see sunrise/sunset, turtles, Monk seals. Excellent restaurant/bar with awesome happy hour pricing and pickle ball courts also just a couple minutes walk.
