Beautifully restored historical cottage in neighborhood alongside Long Lake, ME

Welcome to the Peabody House. This property spells raw beauty, including stone patios, gorgeous perennial gardens, rock walls. There are many opportunities to enjoy all water-sports, skiing, golfing, walking and biking trails and simply relaxing by the fire pit. There are a variety of eateries and shopping venues in Bridgton, as well as several nearby towns, for a great exploration experience. Each fall, neighboring Fryeburg, ME, hosts the largest state fair in Maine for an entire week, including agricultural events and demonstrations, a massive food park, crafters and amusement rides. Throughout the year, you will see various festivals geared to each season- such as the Festival of Lights at Christmastime, the Music-On-Main outdoor concert series, the Harvest Moon Festival in September- the list goes on! North Conway, NH is approx 45minutes away, has great outlet plazas, as well as the Mount Washington Cog Railway 🚃. At the cottage, we provide lots of games, books and puzzles and a great room for viewing movies or the Super Bowl 🍿There is the capability to sleep 7-8 guests, including couches. So much to do, or not🏞 Hope to see you soon!!!
