Just down the street is an ocean view grassy park for the perfect place to catch the sunset. Great stay!

We loved our stay! The ground floor unit was quiet and we felt like we had plenty of privacy. The inside of the house is super nice and cozy. It's a one-way street on a loop that is almost exclusively apartment complexes and split units, so there are cars lining the street and not much of a sidewalk. It is just a minute from a gorgeous lookout and a few minute walk downstairs down to State Beach! If you have kids in a stroller it's less convenient of a walk down to the beach but still doable. We walked the beach path to the pier (~3 miles round trip) with our stroller just about every day.
