This place was perfect for a short gathering with our 2 adult kids. The neighborhood is super quiet but conveniently close enough to bars, shops and restaurants. Edmund was an excellent host with very good communication throughout the booking process and our stay. We really enjoyed the roof top area, the sunsets every evening were amazing.

This listing was exactly what we could have hoped for. Big enough to accommodate 8 people with plenty of seating and lounging areas to choose from. A short walk away from the beach and plenty of food options nearby. The property was very clean and in a great neighborhood.

Nice ocean views and you can hear the waves from the home. Nicely stocked kitchen and beach stuff-we had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling and the owner was quick to remedy the issue. It was fixed the next day actually and I did toss the mayo that had gotten too warm and left a new one for the next guests. Our only issues were the people above us stomping around early am, it got a little hot with no ac and the stairs up to the front door were killer on us over 60 year olds with bad knees lol. Just know that getting everything up to the house will give you a months worth of leg workouts at the gym ha ha. Otherwise perfect location to visit our family in San Clemente, lots of dining options nearby and the shopping is awesome. Lots to do and not to far from places like Dana Point and Laguna Beach. Overall we had a blast!

We loved the house and the views!! Unfortunately the description of the house said that there was beach access steps from the house but this access was closed for long term construction. Wish we had known this going in as the walk to the beach from the house was quite long. Otherwise the home met our needs and was enjoyable!!

The immediate beach access is currently undergoing construction, the next beach access is a 5 minute walk to the South. We do provide a beach wagon along with to help with the walk to/from the beach.

Perfect Location for a Relaxing Getaway

We went to San Clemente to visit family for the 4th of July. Our stay here was perfect! We spent most of our time with family at their house, but this was the perfect location with a view of the water. It provided everything we needed in this cute town.
