The space
Spacious 3-bedroom home, including a master bedroom, all featuring incredibly comfortable beds. Enjoy a large private balcony with BBQ and a remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for your stay.

Take in ocean views and stunning sunsets from the shared rooftop deck patio. We provide beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, plus AC and WiFi throughout the home.
The bright and spacious living room is perfect for the whole family, with plenty of seating to watch TV or enjoy board games together.

A guest book and information binder are included to help you explore San Clemente, with tips on local attractions, dining, and getting around. 1 On-site parking spot and unlimited street parking are available.

There’s also a bar right next door—perfect for grabbing a drink and enjoying the local vibe.

For surf lovers, you’re in the perfect spot, located near Trestles and other world-renowned surf breaks.

We had a great stay at Surfside Beach Escape. The host kept in contact with us and made sure our check in and out went smoothly. The location is great. We could walk to the beach and playground at the park. The house was exactly as advertised with all the amenities we needed. It was a great place for our family, including our 3-year-old grandson. We would definitely stay there again!

Wes and Tahnee were exceptional hosts. They were super kind with any special request I had. Their place was clean, spacious, with a beautiful kitchen that was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable too. Family memories were made there. There was noise from the highway, but acceptable since we use white noise for kids to sleep.

Wonderful House

An absolutely fabulous experience! House was perfect, location was amazing, can’t wait to go back!! The house had everything we needed for a fantastic girls weekend and check in and check out process was simple and efficient. Will definitely stay again.

Ideal for Traversing Trestles

Our crew are avid/competitive surfers in town for National Championships every year. This was our first stay at this location and we are hooked! The convenience to Trestles is unmatched (we had e-bikes as well). The place is spacious and perfectly appointed with the necessities We look forward to staying here again!

State beach access

Really good location due to its proximity to the state beach and access to beach trail. Also, the many of the coffee houses and restaurants were within walking distance (about 1-1.5 miles). The kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t use it to its full potential because we visited with other family members staying in Mission Viejo Mi and used their kitchen. The rooftop space was fun, you just need to get use to the traffic noise.

Lovely, spacious home with a very well equipped kitchen and wonderfully soft sheets and comfy beds. The traffic noise from the freeway next to the house is pretty loud, making use of the deck in the roof pretty much out of the question.

Perfect home for wedding weekend

We had the absolute best time renting both of these attached units for the weekend of our wedding. The homes were beautiful and connected by the rooftop patio. We used each of the units to get ready the day of the wedding for the bridal party which was very convenient for our photographers/videographers. Wes and Tahnee were wonderful to work with and so accommodating. We can't wait to rent these condos again in the future!

Home was excellent, very clean, great bedding and linens. It’s supplied well with plenty of supplies. Only downfall was the freeway noise since property is located right by freeway. Make sure to bring ear plugs which worked well for us. Rooftop deck was fun.

Spacious with a view!

Loved the generous amount of space this property had to offer. Very comfortable enough for four adults and an infant. We used the master walk-in closet as a private bedroom for our infant's crib! The view from the rooftop was perfect for watching the sun set over the ocean. Gas grill on the patio was perfect for grilling for dinners. Highways are easily accessible from this property. Property owners are super courteous and professional when communicating through messages. They typically respond within a few hours and were very helpful and informative with whatever concerns we had. Would definitely recommend the groups of up to 6 people of all ages. I would stay here again when visiting the Orange County area.
