The property features two inviting living areas, radiating warmth with vibrant colors, ample natural lighting, and tasteful decor. Stylishly furnished, our amazing rooms offer a perfect retreat for unwinding or spending quality time together. Sink into our plush sofas, make yourself at home, and create beautiful memories.

Step into our expansive, modern open plan kitchen boasting sleek white units and shiny stainless steel appliances. It's an ideal space for culinary adventures, with a rustic dining table.

Our villa consists of two bedrooms furnished with queen size beds, and a third room furnished with two comfortable single beds. All rooms are dressed with fresh luxury linens and fluffy pillows, ensuring a serene night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms provide access to the outdoor deck, while the master bedroom boasts its own en-suite bathroom.

Both bathrooms exude luxury and feature beautiful tiling. Each offers a toilet, sink, and shower, with one bathroom also including a bathtub for indulgent soaks or refreshing morning showers. We provide towels and toiletries to enhance your comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Disappointing home in a nice neighborhood

We stayed at this house for 2.5 months. It does not have a hot tub or barbecue grill (as advertised to us) and the pool is not maintained. It is not the luxury villa described in the listing. The house was fine. We liked the neighborhood, house layout, yard, natural lighting, deck, and beds. Beyond that, we were disappointed with the lack of ongoing maintenance and absence of items needed for a comfortable long term stay. We arrived to a house with stained furniture/carpets, broken furniture, broken freezer, scratched/broken pots and pans, broken clothes drying rack, stove without an igniter, no hair dryer (as listed), an algae-filled pool, and more. We were directed to a property manager who said the property was no longer under their care. We rented a Rug Doctor (were reimbursed) and cleaned the carpets/couches, but stains remain. We spent days and lots of money (which was reimbursed) to remediate the green algae in the pool. Not once in 2.5 months did someone come at the request of the owner to service the pool. We contacted the owner about missing/broken items. He was responsive and purchased some of the items. But it was obvious he hadn’t been to the home in quite a while because he was unaware of the disrepair. The house condition is below the standard for a rental, especially in Remuera. Ask ahead if the pool is in working order. And if anything is broken or missing, ask the owner. We had extensive communication (with pictures) so they are aware of problems.
