This offering is a conjoint listing, perfect for two small families travelling together, or a family with older children. Upstairs is a two-bedroomed duplex which sleeps up to four in two beds (double and queen), and downstairs is a studio which sleeps up to three in a double bed and sofabed.

This property is rustic, tucked into a quiet zone surrounded by trees and native fauna. It is close to St Heliers and Mission Bay, Kohimarama Beach, bush walks and is 10 minutes' drive from the CBD. While it has great transport links, being well away from the road, it abounds with native birds, butterflies and skinks.

The main duplex house is elevated, airy and sunny. It is fully equipped and has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower-over-bath and a separate toilet. There is a selection of DVDs, some board games and a few tween/teen novels.

The studio is tucked underneath and consists of an open-plan main room with kitchenette, en suite bathroom and a sleeping alcove out of sight of the main room.
The studio has a smaller selection of DVDs and some jigsaw puzzles.

The wonderful location means that guests are close to beaches, Kohimarama Forest (home of the Eastern Songbird Project), multiple native bush reserves/walking tracks, St Heliers and Mission Bay villages with their cafes and restaurants, Barfoot & Thompson Stadium and much more.
