About this property

Relax and Enjoy wonderful family days and evenings on beautiful Lake Murray. Call for more information and Pictures!

Home Features: Antique Heart Pine Flooring; Granite Countertops; Stacked Stone Gas Fireplace in Living Area, Playroom in basement with Slate Pool Table, Ping Pong/Hockey board, and Wet Bar. Dish Satellite TV, Gas Grill, Sand Volleyball/Play area; Boat Ramp and Dock.

The main floor of the cabin features a Master bedroom with king bed and bath with sliding doors that open to the full length porch overlooking our quite cove. The kitchen and den area is open to allow for large family gatherings and is surrounded by 3 sliding doors giving tons of light and lake views. The kitchen table can seat 10 allowing for wonderful family meals. There is also a second queen bedroom, full bath and separate laundry room.
Upstairs is a loft area where you can sit and read from the large selection of supplied paper and hardback bestsellers or just enjoy more lake views. The loft also has a sleeper sofa. The loft bedroom has one queen, two full size beds and attached full bath. Downstairs is a bright playroom with another full bath and wetbar. French doors lead out to the sand volleyball/play area.

Swim in the quite cove with year-round water, without worry of excessive boat traffic. Just off of Bear Creek, you have access to great fishing, and skiing areas. Right around the corner from Timberlake Golf course, take your boat or car for a fun golf outing. In the summer evenings roast marshmallows over our outdoor fire pit or boat over to Bomb Island and watch the 750,000 Purple Martins come home to the largest roost in North America.

Wonderful property on the lake. Quiet neighborhood and a short drive to Chapin. Super responsive owners and good people to be around.

Great vacation!

Our family had a great vacation. The house is just as described and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for everyone, good parking & very clean. The owners were very easy to work with. We would definitely rent again.

Great Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home despite having truck troubles. We were able to get our boat in the water and enjoy our time. We can't thank you enough for allowing us to leave our boat tied up at your dock until our truck was fixed. We highly recommend this home to any family. Thanks again Kimberly and Helmut.
