About this property

Welcome to our beautiful historic home located in downtown Boise. This home has just been tastefully renovated with new flooring, kitchen and bathrooms- new quartz counters and full tile showers!

The rental includes the main home which contains 3 bedrooms (a queen bed in each) and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The main home can comfortably sleep 8. All bathrooms are located in the main house.

The game room is a separate structure that does not include plumbing. There is a bunk bed and a sleeper sofa located in the game room that can sleep up to 5.

CenturyLink Arena, local shopping, delicious restaurants, and more are all within walking distance. Guests are always welcome to use the hot tub to warm up after a day at Bogus Basin or just to relax before bed. This home is a perfect option for a family or a group excited to explore all that downtown Boise has to offer!

The house is very clean and spacious. It’s close to downtown. It was perfect for our two-night stay in Boise. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect location and amenities

We were attending a fire conference in the Treasure Valley and this downtown home was perfectly suited for our needs. Close to downtown, a hot tub for our tired bodies, and comfortable beds. Megan was a great communicator and we hope to stay here again!

Perfect Property for a Group Stay in Boise

This house was perfect for my group who was in town for a concert at Boise State. The house was clean and tidy. It was conveniently located and made accessing downtown and surrounding areas very convenient.

Great Place close to Downtown

We were here for a conference at the Boise Center. We a short walk to get to downtown and all the activities there. The house is close to locals favorites Big City Coffee, Payette Brewing, and the Green Belt. Hot tub was a plus during the cold nights. Highly recommended
