About this property

Welcome to The Central Boise Bench Bungalow! This single level home is in an mature neighborhood but was fully renovated in 2022! There are no shared spaces here, the home is yours and yours only for your stay and you won't have to worry about overbearing hosts or roaming animals. It is only 5 minutes to the Boise Town Square mall, 7 minutes to Downtown Boise, and 9 minutes to the Boise Airport!

With you in mind, we have packed this house with the essentials for a long and comfortable stay. You will have full access to the homes thermostat for heating and air conditioning to dial in your comfort level. And yes, we provide coffee!

The bedrooms are ready for warm sleepers, cold sleepers and even some picky sleepers. The mattresses are comfortable quality Costco mattresses each providing a comfortable night of sleep. Each bed has 4 pillows with some pillows "firm" and some "soft". There are extra linens and extra comforters ready for each bed as well for your own sleeping customizations. We hope that any guest can find comfort here.

The kitchen has been filled with the amenities allowing for home cooked meals, baking and even some leftovers too. You will find pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, bowls, cooking spoons and ladles, blender, microwave, coffee maker, spices, first aid kit, cleaning supplies and so much more!

All three bedrooms have great space, comfortable beds and clean soft sheets. The master has a smart tv for your viewing pleasure. The two full bathrooms are stocked with the essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hair dryers, make up towels and more! The master bathroom has a shower and the guest bathroom has a shower and tub ready for a bubble bath!

The living area has a very comfortable couch, a wood burning fireplace and a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. We have a queen sized air mattress at this home that sleeps two people comfortably. The couch is also available as a sleeping spot as well for those looking to sleep nine.

The wood burning fireplace is a real treat and is a very unique feature to this home and speaks to the homes history. We do not provide firewood for your stay but you are welcome to use any we have at the home or grab some from the grocery store 3 minutes away.

Toys and board games are essential in our family and so we have provided some for your use while staying here. We have two girls, so a lot of the toys can be girly but the board games are geared for the whole family.

The garage has space for 2 vehicles and is available for you to park your car at all times during your stay. We have security cameras in the front of the home and in the garage that will be on at all times for safety.

In the backyard, you will find a covered sitting area with a BBQ Grill ready to go! The covered concrete area and grassy areas are a great space for the kids to run around when the weather is nice and even when it is not. This home typically books out each month, so book now for the best availability!

We rented this house for 7 of us. All adults. Cute little house with nice back patio. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. There was an air mattress and fan as well. Property owners reached out multiple times and offered his personal number if we needed anything. On a quiet street. Will stay again!

Perfect location

The house was extremely clean and had everything our family needed. Loved being able to bring our dog with us :) The hosts were friendly and responsive. The location was perfect about 5-15 minutes from everything. We would definitely stay again if we came back to Boise!

Great place to stay in Boise!

We headed to Boise for a weeklong trip and had everybody from my little kids, my grandparents and our black lab. The property was absolutely wonderful! Everything was extraordinarily clean, and very well laid out. The kitchen was fully socked (aka, more than 4 plates, and they had spices and oil!). The beds are memory foam and the bathtub was deep, but not too deep for my toddlers. The downside space was nice, although it was a little bit too windy for us to take advantage of the fire pit. Having a grill was such a great plus as well! Communication with the host was great, but truly we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The only two things to note are that the access through the garage felt a little awkward at first, but you get used to it. Also, there are not blackout curtains on the windows in the bedrooms, which made it a little bit tricky getting my kids to sleep during the early sunrise and late sunset, but nothing that would be the fault of anyone, just a preference. We absolutely would stay here again. 5/5 stars!

Amazing

It felt like home and the location was perfect! It was nicely remodeled and clean! The garage parking was a nice perk too! It was close to top rated restaurants and conveniently located to almost anything we wanted to do. The host was extremely responsive, but we really didn't need to correspond too much because everything was communicated before our trip and explained in the home. We definitely will stay there again!

We only moved here around 10 years ago ourselves so we remember exactly what it’s like to come to Idaho and not know your finger steaks from your ice cream potatoes(Yes, it is real). I am here to help with that. I am available for you at your convenience before, during and after your stay at any of our amazing properties. My wife and I have young children so we specialize in local family fun activities and outdoor recreation. I have tons of recommendations(With pictures) for great places to see close to home! I have found that there is always something to do(Even if it is snow shoeing) and I am happy to provide helpful hints for things going on while you are visiting.
