A stunning Victorian semi detached cottage set in lower Wivenhoe, recently refurbished to a high standard. This beautiful, family friendly home features a large open plan living/kitchen and dining space, a utility room, cloakroom, two generous bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a fabulous family/games room in the garden - which comes complete with board games, table football and a PS4 to keep the whole family entertained on those rainy days.
Wivenhoe’s famous waterfront, a mainline station, glorious walks and the area’s amazing variety of pubs, restaurants, art galleries and shops are all within a very short stroll.
A perfect holiday cottage all year round, dogs very welcome!

Fantastically stylish house in a great location. We had an issue with the front door and with no hot water but Michael was very speedy in talking me through the problem. I would have no problem recommending this property.

it was great

we have a lovely time, communicaiton was good, the property was nice, there was an extra snug at the back of the garden, great for teens. We had all we needed to stay, the communal area was very nice, there is a patio and garden too. We were able to park with 2 cars. It was only a few minutes walk from the shop and from the riverfront.

Beautiful Wivenhoe home

The host of this home was very responsive. This home was just as described and look just like the pictures. Our kids enjoyed the game room in the back garden. All the local pubs were within walking distance in the water was also a nice walk. Everyone in the town is very friendly. One night we were late to town and all the pubs had closed and we had to cook in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The weather was lovely and we had take out from the nearest pub and dined outside in the garden space one evening. WiFi access was excellent. Would stay there again.
