3 bedroom 2 bath Furnished Patio Home available to 11/30/23 at the low Summer rate. Community pool and tennis courts right out the back door. Kitchen is fully stocked with pot/pans/plates/utensils/small appliances. Covered back patio with electric grill and you are steps from one of 4 pools and tennis courts. Bedrooms have TV's, cable and WIFI. There is a 2 car garage as well as parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles. We are also located next to the Arizona Canal Trail where you can go for a scenic bike ride or jog. Minutes away from Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town restaurants and bars. Close to all things Spring Training, Camelback Mountain, Old Town Scottsdale, Arcadia, etc. Owner is a licensed real estate professional in Arizona.

It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication with the owner. Very clear and easy check in and check out information.

Winter Getaway near OldTown Scottsdale

We are a retired couple in our 70's wanting to find a warm winter getaway for a few weeks. The location of this property turned out to be even better than we expected.....minutes from OldTown, 2 Spring Training stadiums, Camel Back Mountain and Papago Park hiking opportunities and several golf courses. The Canal walking& biking path was half a block away. And the pool and hot tub area was maybe fifty paces from our back door.....a great perk! The grounds and walking paths in this Sunrise Villas development has beautiful mature landscaping, and large green spaces which we loved. The unit itself was clean, very well equipped, nicely furnished, spacious, and great TV's. The owner was very accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had.
