Come for the beach and enjoy the experience of our island paradise! We are just 10 minutes away from the airport and nestled in peace & quiet. As we are situated on a private beach, sunbathing complimentary kayaking are all available from the settled to those who are a bit more adventurous. Available also are bikes for cycling, restaurant and bar.

Our property comprises of a Beach deck for dining and the Sand bar which is fun for a toe in sand cocktail and dining experience.

Wifi is complimentary amongst the the property and some of our rooms are equipped with kitchenette, while others computer desk, balcony or patio.

There are two grocery stores that are 3-6 minutes away via car, taxi & uber can be arranged upon request.

Away from the hustle and bustle

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is located about twenty to thirty minutes from downtown nassau. There is a strip mall with a restaurant, grocery store, liquor store and a Domino's pizza about 2 miles away. The beach area is nice and at low tide you have plenty of room. Vanette and Vanessa were very responsive to any of our requests. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, and you can hear the Waves lapping the shore from your your room. And there are some cute dogs that hang around the property.

A Dump

Place is in poor repair. Notified day of travel that restaurant and bar closed for renovation. Water craft not usable, exposed wired all over. Beach not tended to. Very remote. Left after one day.

Misleading Listing, Lacks Necessities

We booked for 8 days. Checked out after first night and got a motel. Isn't beachfront (can't see the beach from the room), no water pressure so you can't take a shower, even though theres a kitchen, there are no table and chairs. The steep ladder like stairs are dangerous, and there's no landing to set stuff down when keying in code. We had to request a garbage can in the room. Black mold in bathroom, exposed wiring, missing bulbs and light switches was a little concerning.

Out of the way, but worth it.

Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. There were some hiccups during the check-in and room placement process, but the property manager was very attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. The property is away from all the touristy stuff, which was great. It was very quiet and peaceful. When they said beach front, they really meant it. Extremely easy access less than 100 steps from our room. For the price, this was a great weekend getaway for my wife and I.
