Super convenient property. Close to the water, close to the main drag/grocery stores. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a game changer. Definitely recommend this place if it fits the size of your group!

Really good place to stay with friends/family for a week, my only problem was that plumbing came to the house with no communication from the host so when we were walking back from the beach we thought we were getting robbed :/ overall really cool place to stay, close to restaurants and stuff, beach was beautiful here and the back deck is amazing to hang out on.

Thank you so much for spending your week at Conch Out! We are thrilled the back deck, the beach and the nearby restaurants made for such a great family and friends trip. We are truly sorry about the surprise plumbing visit. That must have been unsettling, and you absolutely should have been told ahead of time. We have shared this with our team so guests are notified before any service visit. We hope to welcome you back soon. Brett-Robinson Vacation Rentals

We rented a house, in the past we could always leave our tents on the beach overnight. No where was it written or communicated that this is not allowed. Our chairs and 2 tents were picked up by the city and thrown away. I think this rule should have been written down so we would have known. That was a400-500 unnecessary expense.

We're truly sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. We'll immediately review our documentation and make sure beach overnight policies are explicitly stated for all future guests. This is an important and will be adddressed.

Plenty of room for our 3 adult children plus one toddler. Loved the fact that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The mattresses were great. The only complaint would be one queen room bed was two small for the couple who slept in it.Location was ideal and the beach conditions were superb!

This was a wonderful experience. The property manager communicated well before during and after our booking. The house was wonderful shape and in a great location. Check in was smooth even though we arrived late at night. House was clean and ready for fun! We would love to stay there again!

Family reunion

It is a cosy place. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom, wonderful! There needs to be written directions to use the main tv and remotes.
The beach is lovely.

Great location

Great location on the beach. Functional and dated property with a few small maintenance issues (for example about 10 different lightbulbs were out), but for the most part everything worked ok. Bathrooms all appeared to be updated and were nice, and had plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. We would stay here again for the location alone - can’t beat it.

First thing, when we arrived at the property, we noticed that there was sand all over the floors. Next, when we opened the freezer, the door seal fell off and onto the floor. We had to fit it back into place. Next, when we opened the dishwasher, it was full of wet dishes. Glasses and bowls were turned right side up and full of water. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom wobbles so much, it sounds like a horse galloping on the ceiling. The beds were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The coffee pot constantly tripped the breaker. We had to move it to the dining room table to reach another outlet to make coffee. There are nails sticking up in the floor of the back deck and one of our children cut their foot. The dryer does not shut off by itself. When we put clothes in there before bedtime, the dryer was still running the next morning. Overall, the house is in poor shape and many repairs are needed, but the location is perfect. We will definitely not be booking this one next summer.

We are truly sorry for everything you experienced at Conch Out. The sand on the floors, the freezer seal, the unclean dishwasher, the ceiling fan, the coffee maker breaker and the dryer should have been caught before your arrival. We are especially concerned about the condition of the back deck you described. Your family's safety matters to us, and we have escalated this to our management and property teams. Please reach out to our guest care team so we can speak with you directly. Brett-Robinson Vacation Rentals

Pretty good

I thought the place was as advertised, but some of the furniture/amenities was sub-par. For example, no comfortable seating outside. Grill was a disappointment - I haven't experienced going to a nice beach property that lacked a gas grill.
