AN OCEAN FRONT ESCAPE ~ From the moment you step into condo 106 you’ll feel right at home!! This unit has a definite beachy vibe and was made for entertaining.

Featuring an expansive deck with a beautiful glass patio table. Inside, the welcoming living room area comfortably accommodate 6, with tons of room to add more chairs for additional seating. With an open concept kitchen, large island with seating for 4, and a separate dining area, cooking at home has never been more enjoyable!

The Space:
With beautiful, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, this condominium offers everything you’ll need for an unforgettable vacation!

Amenities include:

-Fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa and lounge chair, central air conditioning, flat screen television with streaming system in master bedroom and living room, gorgeous views from the Terrace, with lounge furniture and gas barbecue.

-The master bedroom features a king sized bed, tons of space and storage, ceiling fan, sliding patio doors with access to the wrap around deck and gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean, master ensuite includes an enclosed shower/toilet room with a beautiful glass block shower and a separate sink.

-The second bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed, ceiling fan and tons of storage the main bathroom includes a glass block shower, toilet, and sink, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, in suite washer and dryer, in room safe with a personal code, high-speed WIFI internet access Mexican phone line for local calling.

This condo will make your dreams a reality!

All guests are subject to Terrasol nightly fees as well as a cleaning fee. The nightly fee will cover all guests, it is NOT per person.
1-2 Guests $19.50/night
3-4 Guests $24.50/night
5-6 Guests $29.50/night
Cleaning fee $35.00 one time
These fees are paid directly to Terrasol, we do not collect them in advance.

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... during storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

During the summer months of May - Oct there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is slow season and construction is permitted. So some noise during the hours of 8am - 6pm may occur.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Surf Fishing & Dining

Had a great stay. My buddy and I fish in the mornings. Beach access is easy for surf fishing. After our early morning fishing, we joined the wives to enjoy a day around the pool. Plenty of food options at/near the beach and easy walk to down town Cabo.

Loved the location, the patio and pools. Place was clean but a few maintenance issues - screen door torn, toilet paper dispenser missing bar, and we needed a few more bath towels. However, plenty of beach towels.Very quiet, comfy beds.

Perfect location to marina, shopping, restaurants and bars. Terrasol has the best laid back 'home' feel that makes you not want to leave! Brad is super easy to work and communicate with. We will be back!

Quiet and peaceful getaway, 5 minute walk to Marina

My wife and I, and our 16 year old daughter stayed here in April 2024. The restaturant on site is inexpensive and very good food. You are on a private beach with two pools overlooking the ocean. It is very peaceful and quiet, but only 5 minutes to get into the action in the Marina. Highly recommend.

Tranquil spot

In relation to all-inclusive resorts this property is simple, comfortable and tranquil. Indoor accomodations are clean and functional. Outdoor porch view of the Pacific is spectacular. The pools are large and clean but could use a lounge chair refresh. Pool cabana bar and restaurant is solid. The property manager is responsive and accomodating during the stay but would encourage a more intensive review of the property prior to check-in to ensure accomodations are fully functional. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The location was good, the condo was tired

We were disappointed in the condo’s maintenance and overall tiredness. Internal doors didn’t close, one of the lounge chairs outside was broken and dangerous to lie on, phone didn’t work, tvs didn’t work, printed instructions hadn’t been updated, manager was mad at me because I was angry at him for the state of the condo.
