NEWLY RENOVATED FULLY FURNIHSED 2 BDRM 1 BATH UNIT
This 1920's building was given a new personality and now offers 3 completely renovated units. As you enter the building you are greeted with original woodwork and access to your unit. Unit # 1 is on the street level of the building with entrance from the main common area that still has the original staircase or your personal back entrance. This open concept unit is fully furnished for a short-term rental. Off the living room is the kitchen that a has white and hickory cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a movable island. This unit has a full bath and separate utility area. The entire unit has easy to maintain LVT epoxy flooring, new kitchen, large windows for natural light, fully furnished and all appliances. The unit also comes with one covered off street parking spot and a locked storage unit. The unit is designed for easy cleaning, short term rental that is different for other apartments by mixing in some of the original charm with modern conveniences.

THIS UNIT IS FULLY FURNISHED FOR A SHORT TERM RENTAL. The unit can be rented monthly. The rental price includes all utilities and appliances. All tenants over the age of 18 must fill out an application.
