Honestly Noah and the team were super responsive and helpful. They also checked in with me to see how it was going during the stay. It’s a great spot and the little Mexican place across the street had great food and super convenient. It doesn’t look like much but try it
This property and our host created a seamless and peaceful experience for our trip to visit family in Sacramento. The location is convenient. Excellent communication. Very clean and perfect size.
Comfortable inside. I'm a light sleeper and the intersection right outside is a bit loud, but white noise helped a lot. Nice kitchen space, and living/dining room area to hang out. Several great food spots within walking distance.
It worked out great . Close to the food co-op which was terrific . Some local ( walkable ) restaurants and coffee shops . House was well furnished and clean . The 2nd bed was a double , but it worked out .

There were not enough dishes in the kitchen. Enough for only a few people. The kitchen had a serious ant problem and they were also in the corner cupboard with all the pots and pans.
This was a very nice, clean place as far as how it looked, including a really nice kitchen and modern neutral decor. The reason I gave it a 4 is that the couch was small (as in not very deep, and I’m short so couches are often too deep for me, so this was a surprise.) I also found the bed pillows really uncomfortable. They were tall and stiff so my neck got a crick in it. The uncomfortable pillows actually kept me awake two nights in a row. If you are used to a medium to soft pillow you will want to bring your own.One other very minor thing was that we requested more coffee and they said they would get back to us but didn’t.It was easy to park right in front of the house with the permit. I would definitely stay here again if they provided softer pillow options and a more comfortable couch.
The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We stayed 6 nights and I would have preferred more towels and washcloths. Had to do laundry but no big deal! Enjoyed the front porch. The table and chairs out back were not able to be used as they need a good cleaning. Would stay again!
